This was my first time using a storage unit. I walked right in and was greeted by Chevy. He explained how renting a unit worked, he helped me pick the right unit that I needed, entered my info in the computer and I was ready to start moving in. He gave me a map of the building and walked with me to the unit. The process was simple and easy. They even provide a cart to help assist you with moving your items. On move out day Chevy told me that the company would go in and clean up after everything was moved out. Overall great customer service. Would definitely use again and recommend to someone. Thanks Chevy!
