I rent A 10 by 25 storage somewhere about 2 or 3. O'cfuck, I'll call back the next morning as soon as they Open and let them know I did not need the storage. Never went into the Storage didn't put a lock on it and they kept my $45 and would not give it back to me. I don't think it's right. I contact the manager and he would never get back with me. I would like to have my $45 back.

Prince, the store manager is on top of ever transaction regarding my storage unit(s)This store manager is very professional and actually went up and beyond making sure ever detail of my storage needs was addressed.He asked intelligent questions about my contents and knew exactly the size I needed. The insured I wasn’t paying for more room that I didn’t need.Because of a back injury he found a unit that would be close for my carrying boxes.I often see him washing the outside the doors of outside units. He can be seen picking up trash people leave.He is a dedicated manager that cares about his customers and their storage units.I would not go anywhere else for my storage needs.

The company changed and no correspondence was sent to indicate change. I received rude and unprofessional customer service from store manager and store attendant. My storage was charged a late fee and locked. I was told because my card declined twice. If I hadn’t noticed the fee hadn’t been taken, I would still be under the impression it was automatically deducted. Since I have had the storage, it was on automatic pay. However, for some reason according to Princess the store manager, it was declined. I never received anything from my bank stating any type of declined payment nor anything from the storage staff. Is this some type of predatory scheme to take possession of storage items during this transition from unsuspecting customers. When I originally inquired, Ivan, the storage attendant, said he would give me a call the next day when his manager would be in to have the late fee waived. However, he didn’t call so I went in to check the status. This is when I was told about the decline and nothing could be done. Because I questioned some of the statements made, both men begin to treatment me with hostile service and ill mannered tones. When I asked for a contact for someone else, I was angrily told by Princess that HE was the store manager and due to the change he didn’t have a contact and I would have to look it up online (which he knew nothing would be found). Furthermore, he said “the glitches in the new system were still being worked out”. In fact, I wasn’t given any information to login and pay online. I asked for their names and they all but refused rolling eyes and being dismissive. This is the worst location and customer service. These men proved to be unhelpful, unfriendly and predatory. I plan to have this further investigated. As of the time I am posting this, I have not received any communication regarding this declined payment, locked notice, and/or company change. If I hadn’t went in or noticed the fee hadn’t been taken, I still wouldn’t know anything based on the service I have received or lack of. Please be cautious in dealing with this location; especially, if you have anything of value stored. This whole incident seems shady and mismanaged. If you are already customers please check often and don’t trust Ivan’s call back promises. I hope the new owners discuss their behaviors and customer service practices.

Ivan and Prince helped me so much to ease my concerns about the storage unit. They were quite accommodating and explained everything to me. I'm glad that Life Storage is available for people in need of immediate assistance.

The store manager was rude. I will never do business with the facility ever again. I feel he took advantage of me. I paid one amount, in cash, my email receipt said a lower amount. Stay away from this place. It is very dirty and unfriendly staff.

Devante is always there when I come in and he always finds a way to help me lift my belongings, explain costs and charges in a way I can understand, and is kind and respectful. I’ve seen customers disrespect him and his associate Ivan and they always do the best they can to remain professional. I appreciate them and the effort they put in to make sure i have a good experience.
