The store is supposed to open at 7am. I wish they all opened at 6:30am but this store never opens on time. It’s 7:10am and no one is here.

Not sure why I thought the pharmacy would get better after it moved from the Government Street location. My mistake. Don't come here if you have any other option. The people who work here make up their own rules for any given day of the week. I've been trying to pickup my son's medication for almost 2 weeks that he must have to function at school. They keep billing it incorrectly trying to charge me over $110. They literally do not care. The pharmacist (female) was rude and spoke down to me. She said she doesn't know what else to tell me other than that's the price it is. I called my prescription company today who said cvs pharmacy was billing me incorrectly and using the wrong name for my kids. Our other sons medication this week cost us $20 more because they couldn't run his insurance either. I go in today to try to get my son and husband prescription filled, and they made me come inside instead of drive thru saying that the drive thru closes at 1:15. I arrived at 1:14. The sign on the window said 1:30 and I pointed that out. She said well the drive thru closes 15 minutes early. So I go inside where they refund some of the money I was overcharged for my sons prescription. However they couldn't give me my husband prescription or my other sons. They said the pharmacist was "at a meeting." They said they couldn't help me because the pharmacist has to reprint the new labels even though the meds are ready. She also couldn't tell me when they would be ready. This place is THE WORST!

The pharmacy customer service is UNBELIEVABLY horrible!! They saw me walking up and SHUT THE GATE in my face. It was 1:26 PM. The only hours posted inside are 8-6 - no mid day closures. When the store manager asked her about it she said it would “take longer than a couple of minutes” to help me so they decided to close down instead. Just HORRIBLE people! Avoid!!

Pharmacy always does thier best and appreciate them. Will continue to get medicine and recommendations from them. The shift "managers" & CSA were on thier phones from the second I walked in. Were super just mean, snappy, lying about store policies and more. Had unnecessary commentary from them before. But to actually try and get people to do things against thier legal rights and then quoting its cause of "store policy" when it is not is actually illegal.

My visits to CVS are always pleasant. The products are always available...and the savings I get are always great...I love using the coupons from my receipt.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pharmacy is unorganized and staff spends more time playing with their hair and holding conversations not related to the customers standing in line. Prescription are never ready when promised and their expedited service is just another way to get you out of their line. This location is to busy to not have a better system in place.

Be careful which pharmacy team you get. Really poor service

Pharmacy doesn't open until 10 and drive thru not always open. Poor customer service. Talked to the manager and he told me he was the only one working at that time and the drive thru wasn't always open because of staffing issues

I’m giving 2 stars only because 30% of the time it’s ok but 70% of the time it IS NOT!! I should not have to place 5 calls for a total of 1 hr spent listening to hold music and nobody answers the phone to speak with someone in the pharmacy. I will be contacting a higher up with CVS for a formal complaint and to see if there is something wrong with this ENTIRE picture.

Make sure you arrive at least 90 minutes before their posted closing time because, like most CVS stores today, they just lock up whenever they feel like. I have no clue how this company has stayed in business

The wait is extremely long, the wait is about 25-45 minutes for one prescription (longer if there is another person in line). I ordered a prescription to go there after 1 whole week and was told that, after 1 week-2 weeks, "the prescription was not found in their system." I called the doctor and he said he prescribed it, and this has happened more than one time. I don't mean to complain, I apologize if it seems like that, but... Yeah.

Used to be terrible waits, understaffed. But looks like they hired another pharmacy staff member and things have been a lot better.

Closed for lunch??? Really unprofessional. At least post a sign, tell a person when you show them a courtesy by giving them time and telling them you will be back tomorrow to pick up prescription that you are closing for lunch.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. They are back to not servicing their drive through claiming they are "short staffed." You have three people behind your counter. You serve sick and disabled people in the middle of a COVID surge. WORK YOUR DRIVE THROUGH. You are LAZY, not short staffed. If you can spend enough time at the window to complete a COVID swab, you can serve Rx customers.Sign on the window says they are doing COVID testing only at the window bwcause they are short staffed and to press the call button for testing. I pressed the button and told him I am already confirmed COVID positive, and I'm not coming inside to expose other people. This man tells me he's sorry, but I will have to come in anyway. I reply, "Let me get this straight. You are telling me to come inside KNOWING I am COVID positive and will expose other people?" Then he demands to know how long ago I tested positive. I tested positive TODAY.This man takes my date of birth, and then he tells me my medication is not ready, and it will not be ready "for hours." So you were going to have me come into the store KNOWING I am COVID positive and wait around to find out I had no REASON to come inside? You, Sir, are part of the wave of stupidity that is causing the spread.Your pharmacy staff is STILL doing your store ZERO favors, Percy. Do better. I had him transfer my Rx to a different pharmacy.
