I’m from out of town and needed some meds. I showed up about 5 minutes before they closed but they said they were closed. I asked the girl if I could still get it because it wasn’t 7 yet? She said no. Looking at these reviews I’m not surprised and it seems like CVS doesn’t care

Called the pharmacy yesterday and they said my prescription was ready. When to pick up the prescription that evening with a GoodRx coupon. The pharmacy tech told me to come back tomorrow at 11am to use the coupon. I came back today at 12:30. They told me my prescription wasn’t ready. How? She told me to come back an hour prior to this? It was ready yesterday at this time? It was ready to be picked up last night, all they needed to do was apply the coupon? So, if the coupon has been applied, the medication has been ready for over two days, then how is it not ready to be picked up? Why not call and notify me that my medication has been delayed if you told me to return at 11am for it to be ready? So, while dealing with a highly contagious illness, I’ll be returning to CVS Pharmacy for a third time in 24 hours in hopes of getting this medication.

I went to pick up some medication for major migraines after I went to the emergency room and they said it will take a while. Then I came back 4 hours later and the lady I talked to was very rude and said yea it’s not ready you need to wait. Terrible service and rude employees!

I see why the ranking is low. I’m a dasher so I don’t like checking out on the self checkouts because I have had experience where the Receipt don’t print or it done take the card. The cashier ask me was I using a card (without greeting first). I replied and said yes. She said “you can us self check out. I just kept standing in line because like I said I’m a Dasher and I don’t like using them. Once it was my turnt still no greeting from the cashier. Her hold mood was like I got on her nerves because I chose to let her check me out. I told her it was for DoorDash and she never said anything the whole time she rung me up. But when the next person step up she greeted them. Please if customers is not your thing let the job go. It was an Africa American woman with glasses on who worked around this time and day.

Terrible pharmacy. I have been trying to use them out of convenience of being so close to where I stay at. For a place whose main thing is their pharmacy, they don’t really give a crap about you or your medicine. I tried to get them to transfer a prescription to their location so I could get some refills. After a few days of not hearing anything back, I went up there and asked in person. They continuously told me there were no refills left on my medications despite me checking to see that the old pharmacy I used still had the medications and that I had multiple refills left. They didn’t even try to call the other pharmacy, because when I called to see for myself, they still had the medications available for me to fill. I am a diabetic, so me having the medications I need are very important. And the fact that they have such little care or regard for ensuring people have their medicine as a pharmacy is alarming. I urge anyone looking for a pharmacy to go anywhere else but here.

It’s impossible to get your prescriptions here same day or even the next day. They do not inform you if your meds are out of stock and they will let you pick up partial of your meds without even saying anything about not having the rest of them. Been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I previously left a message 6 hours ago and no response. I’m extremely sick and needed my meds TODAY.

Had prescription sent over at 1 pm for an acute illness went to pick up at 6:30 pm stated would not be ready until the next day! Do not use pharmacy if you are sick and need prescription the same day. Very unacceptable service.

Pharmacist is extremely rude and unwilling to go back to get medication for a sick elderly man. I Explained our situation that he has no transportation back she gave us a bunch of attitude told me to apply for a job. Disgusted by there lack of care and willingness to help. Pharmacy has no staff working so they can maximize there profits.

😍😍😍I LOVE CVS PHARMACY!!!! VERY CLEAN STORE, VERY NICE EMPLOYEES, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWESOME DEALS AND THEY HAVE GREAT PRODUCT, QUALITY PRODUCTS THAT YOU WONT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE ... I recently moved to the Baton Rouge area and chose this CVS because it is the closest to me. I have picked up prescriptions there about three times. On a previous visit, I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a rewards card. I did, and yesterday applied my reward points and a $4.00 coupon, which was applied to my entire purchase. What a savings. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. Yesterday, at checkout, the employee literally help me find my coupons on my cell phone. I am a senior and didn’t know how to navigate to find my coupons. I was very appreciative. I have experienced the same friendliness and helpfulness when getting my prescriptions. I highly recommend this CVS at 3200 Highland . Huge savings once you sign up for a rewards card. I know these rewards/coupons will be very helpful when shopping on line or in store. Don’t wait, go ahead and sign up. You won’t be disappointed.
