The people at this location are super rude. I was confused about the price of an item when it was scanned because it was priced wrong on the shelf, and the worker with the beehive hair had such a rude and demeaning tone towards me. You don't have to like your job but you do have to respect costumers. I'll be going to Walgreens now.

On morning a few days ago I visited the pharmacy in this store to drop off a prescription to be filled. I usually get my prescriptions filled at the Walgreens across the street, but I've had a few issues there lately and my husband has been telling me how much better CVS is than Walgreens, so I decided to give them a shot. I was shocked when they told me--before even seeing what the prescription was for--that the prescription wouldn't be ready until the next afternoon, over 24 hours later. I asked why and they said they were too backed up. I went across the street to Walgreens and they filled it in under 5 minutes. The prescription was for an antibiotic, something I needed for the throat infection I had. I certainly won't be going back to that CVS for my prescriptions anytime soon. Walgreens may not be ideal, but at least they can get me my medications when I need them.

One cash register makes you have to wait and be annoyed that you can't move through the system without waiting . Very not convenient.. may as well have a cashier

I went in to buy something to drink and I was waiting in line to check out and an employee came up to me and asked if I was ready and he pointed to the self check out and I asked if I had to use it and he asked if I was using cash or card I told him a card and he said yes I had to use the self check out. That was not professional so they lost a customer. On 1/17/2023 I went to CVS and I wanted a cashier to check me out and the manager told me I had to use the self check out. I do not understand why an employee could not do that.

Pharmacy staff told me they were no longer accepting drop-offs since their entire staff quit (after a 45 min. wait). Second only to dealing with this pharmacy and its staff, is having to wait for assistance at the self-checkout machines. Both self-checkouts are obnoxious and force shoppers to contact the staff (who are about as useful as the machines) to complete purchases.

Do not go to this CVS if you don't have time on your hands. I can't refill my medication through the app, I have to actually talk to someone and tell them to take it off hold. Usually when I call, I'm on hold for about 30 mins before someone answers. Yesterday, I called 5 times (waiting ~30mins on hold each time) with no answer. I even tried to contact someone at the minute clinic just so I could have them transfer me to the pharmacy and tell them to answer the phone, but when I finally heard the voice of a real person, it was a call center, not my location. So, I had to drive over to CVS just to tell them to refill my medicine (and have them tell me to come back and get it later). The drive-thru line was long, so I went inside, only to see that they were doing drive-thru only that day. I then sat in the drive thru for about 45 minutes, and as soon as I got to the front, they closed for lunch (with 4 other cars behind me). Ridiculous!!! Today, I called again with no answer, so I drove over there... again. Sat in the line for another 30 mins just to tell them I need a refill. He said it should be ready in an hour or so. When I told him I usually just call for this but nobody was answering, he just shrugged it off and ignored me. So, just to simply ask for a refill, I had to drive to CVS twice and wait a total of about an hour, and I'll have to drive there and wait again when it's actually ready. If they would just answer the phone, all of this would have been avoided. It is absolutely ridiculous for a pharmacy to not answer their phones and be as slow as they are. In the past, I've also seen employees being very disrespectful to customers. I only use this CVS because the other one closer to me is somehow even worse. I may have to switch to Walgreens after this.

The lady didn't even want to use the main register and was making customers use the self checkout and was trying to tell me that I didn't have enough money to get my merchandise and I know what the correct amount was on the pinpad. They literally hire anyone to work there these days.

Worst pharmacy ever! I will move all prescriptions to Walgreens across the street. They said prescription would be ready after 5pm. Arrive at 8pm to find Prescription wasn't approved by my insurance. They never called to inform me. I agreed to pay for prescription out right and they said it would not be ready for another 45 min. On returning home, I finally received the automated phone call informing me prescription wouldn't be approved by my insurance. This isn't the first time I've arrived and the prescription wasn't ready after said time. It has happened numerous occasions.

I used to have my prescriptions sent here but they could never find them. The people here are rude and unkind and only one man ever even tried. The last straw for me at this location was when I tried to get my birth control that I had just got from there the month before and the lady in front of me in line left crying due to how the pharmacist spoke to her. When it was my turn, she didn't even type in my full name she just told me they didn't have it. I did not even argue I just moved my prescription to the Burbank location.

There are no words that describe how unprofessional, rude, nasty, and trashy this pharmacy is. If they don't fill your prescription on time, which is every time, they simply do not care. No one behind the counter has any sense of urgency. Honestly, they way they act and speak to customers, I straight up don't even trust them to fill my prescriptions correct anymore. CVS should shut this pharmacy down, fire everyone, and start over. I told the PHARMACIST what I was picking up and I got a "what even is that" in return. I was speechless. I've been getting the same prescription there every 28 days for over a year. I have officially changed locations and I hope to never be back. They are all incompetent.
