The absolute worst CVS that I’ve ever been to or have done business with ever. They need to completely restaff the pharmacy department and start over or shut it down all together. The pharmacy is quite rude!!!!! But, the general store clerks are just fine.

It never fails that if I need something from CVS it’s late at night. On more than one occasion, Scott at this location has gone out of his way to help. Either checking stock and getting something from the back or walking me to the location of what I needed and helping me find the specific item.

The service is abysmal, akin to a funeral home. The technicians are dreadful; they seem to loathe their jobs or their lives, displaying snarky attitudes and passive-aggressiveness. It's a pitiful demonstration of customer service, lacking even an ounce of decency. I strongly advise seeking prescription refills elsewhere and shutting down this branch altogether.

I live very close and come here for snacks, drinks, cat food, etc. Staff is super nice and helpful.

Do not go to this pharmacy under any circumstances ever!!!!!! They are terrible.. save your time and energy and go somewhere else. Trust me it's NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Went in with my baby to grab a phone charger and the customer service representative was so kind and helpful! I was very distracted but wish I had gotten her name so I could have given her a personal commendation! Thank you!

You have a code lock on the bathroom door so an associate has to let you in... What are you protecting it from? People cleaning it?The damn thing has urine all over the floor and hasn't been reasonably cleaned in a year+.Do better, if you act like your customers are trash, you'll get trash customers.PS: the city requires your store to have PUBLIC bathrooms to do business in town. Lol

If I could give this location NO STARS i would! Agree with most of these comments here: worst customer service I have ever seen. I had to call twice regarding a prescription. Both times I got hung up on with 2 different people! Sadly, I needed the prescription so I had to deal with them in it all. Whoever is managing this location needs to fire some of these pharmacy workers! Horrible service.

Do yourself a favor and do not use this pharmacy. All the negative reviews are right on. No exaggeration. The store is good. The pharmacy is literally a joke. You will have problem after problem. It does not let up. There are other pharmacies to use! ?

Worst customer service.I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Once I was finally connected with a person, they hung up on me. I called back in and was hung up on again. This is why patients hate big box pharmacies.
