Nachell in the pharmacy needs to work on her customer service skills or be taken off the counter service. Not only did she belittle and speak down to me with attitude, she proceeded to gossip about me to her co-workers within an earshot of me and loud enough for all of us waiting to hear. If you are so miserable at what you do then maybe you should find another line of work.
They did not do any sort of follow up questions prior to me checking out, failing to ask all the necessary questions before telling me my total then realizing their mistake.
I will advise against this CVS Pharmacy to everyone I know. Please beware and stay away.

I go to CVS for the pharmacy and over the counter medicine. The pharmacy itself has always given good service. The selection of over the counter products is okay. BE AWARE the PHARMACY CLOSES FOR A LUNCH/ AFTERNOON BREAK BUT ITS NOT POSTED IN THE HOURS LISTED AT THE PHARMACY. At the time of my post the pharmacy is apparently closed daily from 130-2, even though multiple signs at the pharmacy shows they are open during these hours (see picture). On the day I was here, they DIDN’T REOPEN until 235pm. I also let them know they may want to update their posted signs since they have the incorrect hours, and MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES ARGUED with me that it was posted correctly.

Amanda was INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful for no reason. Would not recommend this location to anyone unless you want your entire day ruined.

Amanda, the pharmacy tech, was INCREDIBLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL to my sister in law. Action needs to be taken against her. Do not ever choose this place for your pharmacy.

Filled out a survey that CVS sent me about the appearance and rudeness of their pharmacy techs. I specifically mentioned the blue and multicolored hair as well as the unkept look of most of them. most importantly the absolute rudeness and unwillingness to help. Went to get a script filled recently and the manager refused to fill it because the anonymous survey I filled out was sent to the manager. She stated her techs felt discriminated against. Well CVS sent me a survey I did not solicit one from them and I gave my opinion. Just because you don’t like my opinion does not make this discriminatory. I have retained a lawyer as they are refusing a service based on my opinion that they solicited. They are not a private pharmacy and I have insurance and a valid prescription.

This place is a joke. The employee followed me around the store and accused me of shoplifting, despite her watching me pay for my items. Instead of asking me some questions, she wasn't having any conversation with me and banned me from the store. She watched me pay for my stuff, so why would she assume? This person needs to be fired from this place because sne clearly has no customer service skills and should not be assuming things

Terrible customer service. Female employee blaring rap music as she walked up and down center aisle. She never asked if I needed assistance. Teenagers running through store throwing toilet paper rolls like footballs.

I just had to come leave this pharmacy a good review because the consistent customer service and friendliness (especially the pharmacy) is just outstanding compared to other pharmacies I’ve dealt with. They truly look out for the customer. They go above and beyond to find your medication when they are out and they work to get you the best price. This isn’t a one time experience this is an entire year.

This location is the best! As a travel nurse, I've been to quite a few. The store itself is always clean with a great selection. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! One staff member, Kendra, is absolutely outstanding. Kendra always greets customers with a smile and an enthusiastic "how are you?" I have moved further away from this location, but have not switched to a location closer to my apartment because of her! It makes my day to see her and have a quick chat.
