The pharmacy here is a joke. Less than intelligent pharmacist on duty declined to fill a lawful prescription, then tells family to come back tomorrow because the next pharmacist might fill it. Double talk, poor management and I’d avoid CVS.

Unfortunately, they mixed up my prescription with two other people. I went home with their prescriptions, and had to drive back over to switch them. Very dangerous had I accidentally taken their pills.

Excellent service from manager, Angel. Excellent friendly, helpful, humble staff that helped me with a return. The pharmacist is also lovely. He stopped what he was doing to get me a price on a Christmas decoration when I was shopping and the pharmacy was not very busy. Never have I experienced such excellent service. Great job, Perkins Rowe team!!! I will be back.

a few months ago I went there to pick up an RX. After sitting in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes, someone finally came on the speaker and told me if I wasn't getting a COVID test I couldn't use the drive-thru. so I parked and went inside and got in line. about 8th in line. CVS usually has a long line at the pharmacy so I dread having to pick anything up there. I usually just have them mail my regular RX's even though it costs more. But my last one was a doctor call in that I needed to start right away. it was going to take four days to get it by mail!

Minute Clinic? More like Hours clinic! I have been here since 10:30,my appointment was for 10:50. There was only 1 patient in-front of me and on the queue to go before me, she was in and out in less than 15 minutes leaving me to wait! It’s almost 11:20 and I still have not been seen! Will not ever be coming here again, will not recommend.

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff... Although they are often short-staffed, the employees that service the pharmacy exhibit excellence in customer service. As a matter of fact, I drive across town to this specific location because of their professionalism and excellence in service.

I have a issue almost every time I come to pick up a prescription here. The customer service at this location has really went down. Never answer the phone, drive thru is always closed, and prescriptions never ready when they're supposed to be. I came to pick up a prescription that was supposedly ready and asked a question about the price. Was then told because I had a question about the insurance I now had to wait 30 minutes for the prescription to be refilled. What? That makes no sense. Very sad.

Currently on hold for nearly an hour waiting to check on Covid meds that were promised by 5p yesterday. After 3 trips (apparently the pharmacy shut down today for Covid testing only, which is ridiculous) and meds still unavailable, I was told my prescription would be ready by 6:55p today. I called before wasting another drive and the status is now back to processing! Looks like I won't speak to a live person tonight and will endure another night of suffering. I have all the major symptoms and have been without critical respiratory meds since getting a positive test over 24hrs ago. I should've read the reviews for this location. I only came here because our location at Burbank had the decency to tell us it was out of stock and on order, but to check around. I asked the pharmacist or tech, whoever he was, to confirm that I could pick up on yesterday at 5p because they were desperately needed. He nodded yes. That was yesterday around 3p! I'm not sure who oversees this location, but the negative reviews stretch back several years.Edited: They left me hold from 7p until the pharmacy closed at 8pm. Ridiculous!!

Super disappointing that this pharmacy drive-thru is closed more than it’s open. This presents a huge problem for those who are mobility impaired such as myself. I will be leaving this pharmacy as soon as possible.

If you want your medical concerns to be taken seriously, don't go to this MinuteClinic.I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen because there were some computer issues. Fifteen minutes into my appointment, literally while taking my vitals, the nurse was still on the phone with tech support. All annoying things, but nobody's fault. I didn't judge them for that. However, when I finally got to tell them what was wrong and my symptoms (upper respiratory infection), they repeatedly interrupted me to ask generic questions about allergies, etc. I'm a grown woman and I know the difference between allergies and being legitimately sick. I've struggled with a weak immune system my entire life post-mono, and even had my deviated septum fixed a few years ago for chronic sinusitis. This isn't my first rodeo, so I said I wanted to be tested for all the things. So, we test for the big three: Covid, flu, strep. I tested negative for all, but that doesn't change the fact that I am ill. It apparently did for the nurse, though, because after an hour and a half in that office, I ended up leaving with nothing but a recommendation to buy Sudafed and Flonase (neither of which have ever worked for me) over the counter. They refused to prescribe me anything. I walked out and drove right to an urgent care where I received a steroid shot, more prednisone to start tomorrow, and a zpack. All of which I clearly needed according to the medical professionals at the urgent care.. and myself. I knew what I needed. I've lived in this body for 28 years and when a medical professional denies your lived experience just because antibiotics and steroids "aren't always recommended"... it doesn't feel good, to say the least.

I am giving 3 stars because of the store. The pharmacy, however, I would give 1 star. We have been loyal CVS customers for a long time. This particular pharmacy is becoming more and more chaotic. They rarely answer their phone. The drive-thru is open only on a whim, which forces you to go inside and wait on a very long line. While waiting, the phone is ringing the entire time! On this day, I waited in line about a half hour. Then a not very impressive employee finally took "care" of me and after taking my information told me that they were out of my prescription and I could check on Monday. I told him that I received notifications that my prescriptions were really and available for pick-up. I showed him my texts. He took all my info again and then disappeared for several minutes. He came back with my prescriptions. I left so frustrated that I decided that driving to Costco and walking across the store to get my prescriptions was worth it.
