Cashier was so lazy and playing on her phone that she passed me the keys to put the code in for 21 and up. Not the regular good service from other people who work there. Seriously. It’s a job. Take some pride in what you do.

The only people to have sympathy for me while trying to obtain my insulin. My doctor and the insurance company certainly don't care but there are some truly compassionate people working at the CVS, thank you Tiffany and Joseph

I just had my new COVID and Flu shot at CVS on Burbank BR, La Store #10318. I get all my annual shots and prescriptions there! Maressa is so professional and always makes the shot's painless! She is so awesome and loves what she does! I highly recommend getting shot's, prescriptions, health needs there! Maressa thanks again for a pleasent painless visit! I consider Maressa an asset to the CVS family!!

The girl who answered the phone tonight was super rude. Ending up going to a different location, as she hung up on me twice - with no explanation - before I could even finish asking my question. Her tone when she answered makes me highly doubt it was a phone issue.

CVS has a tremendously joyous employee team. Entering their environment, the positivity is contagious. I usually have to pick up prescriptions multiple times a month. Because of the attitudes of the work s, I am allowed to park my scooter locked inside. The point I am making is the team attracts people. I want to make a suggestion. A year or so ago, Walgreens managed my medication, but towards the end of the month, I would notice the count was off. Since I've made the transition to CVS, all has been well.

If I could give zero stars I would. The thing that works in pharmacy named Joe has no customer service. I walked in and stood at the counter the looked at me and continued to work without saying a word. When he decided to walk over and attend to me I gave him my name. He could not find it so he then became very rude and disrespectful. He asked me could my name which is Bobbye be short for Robert. I then looked at him and asked why would it be short for something else. He immediately realized that maybe he was wrong and the pharmacist took over. I told her not to fill it and went to another location to get my prescriptions filled. Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I will be contacting Ashley the DM.

Pharmacy super disorganized. Sends incorrect text alerts about refills. No help on the phone. Constantly a headache.
