Diesel Driving Academy

Hours: Diesel Driving Academy has been training students for entry-level careers in the trucking industry since 1972. As one of the largest privately owned and accredited truck driving schools in the United States, they have convenient CDL truck driving training at 3 campus locations in Louisiana and Arkansas. At the Baton Rouge location, students can enroll in Advanced Class A or Basic Class A training programs, which include classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training on the driving range and public roadways. The staff, including the helpful Ms Tawana, provide a straightforward and simple approach to preparing students for their CDL. The instructors at Diesel Driving Academy are described as "absolutely amazing" and "phenomenal," with hundreds of years of combined experience in the trucking industry. They are dedicated to ensuring students succeed, keeping the training fun while maintaining a focus on safety and professionalism. The new director, Jayson S., has also made improvements to the facilities and overall student experience.
