Ordered some things online this morning (about 10am/11am) and chose to pick them up, being it's more convenient. One order was set for 2pm-3pm and the other was for 4pm-5pm.Never received a notification for either, so decided to go and get them anyways while we were already out. Got there only to find out that both orders were canceled only because nobody at the store knew anything about DG Pickup. At this time it was around 5pm pushing 6pm. Both workers said they only been there for two weeks and nobody told them about how to operate the DG pickup orders. One said she never had anybody actually use it despite that they actually have a section for the pick up orders behind the registers. The manager really wasn't any help either. He seem frustrated that the worker had to call him for help with the situation, he wasn't there, so she had to phone him. Overheard him say something about "these people", not sure what he meant, but I decided not to engage to save my sanity (he sounded black). Had the worker go through some hand held device where both our orders (my fiance and I) were just waiting there. She went through stating to the manager that we placed an order through them and such. She eventually had to FaceTime him because at one point the device wasn't letting her do something. In the end we were told that everything was gonna have to be paid for full price. We used coupons, so an original total went from $31 to $16. Not bad right, so who really was about to pay $31 when everything came to be $16? We ended up leaving everything and decided to avoid this particular DG. I don't blame the workers, just whoever is supposedly in charge of it and the neglect of not informing the workers on pickup orders. Furthermore if pickup orders is nothing something they do then they need to have their store removed from the pickup order selection.

The young man stocking was very rude anddisrespectful. He told me he had a job to do and wasn't doing social distancing. His final words were, " you can go somewhere else ". So I did.

Ricky B. was very knowledgeable and friendly, both with finding merchandise and when he rang us up!!!

It was very messy not clean at all no one was wearing a mask wasn't stocked at all then the 2 Young Men behind the counter carried on there conversation about something going on outside and left me standing there for 10 minutes crazy but it is what it is..... ??
