During our stay, the manager, Ankit, was extremely rude and unprofessional. We asked for more towels and he wouldn't give them to us. Even though the towels we had were already dirty. Also, there are no trash cans in the rooms, the rooms/place smells like moth balls. The manager was not accommodating whatsoever and seemed very inconvenienced when we would need something.If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Also, the breakfast is very poor. The sausage looks like it was boiled and there is no water to drink. The vending machine only takes coins so we were out of luck with that.The only thing that was nice about this place was the housekeeper - she was very sweet.

I am grateful to have had a place to sleep that was affordable while I attended my conference a block away, but I did not like my stay here. Upon walking in, it smells like walking into an old persons house; and the conditions in which I was presented with upon entering my hotel room made me feel like a cockroach. The room did not feel clean; there were stains on the arm chair, desk chair, and carpet; which I was very anxious to put my bare feet on (wore slippers the whole time because I was not doing it!!). The cleaning people also did not actually clean the rooms. While I attended my conference, they came in, took the dirty towels and changed the trash bags that is it. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the bed was not made. This is the first time in my life where I have felt excited to check out of a hotel and I never want a hotel to make me feel like that ever again. It legit made me feel sad. The overall vibes of the establishment were completely off.

It's an okay place to stay. I will write about the pros and cons:Pros:(1) Smooth check-in. We came a bit early and got access to our room. Even if you don't have anything available, they will keep your luggage. So that's a good thing.(2) Location is good.(3) Room was clean.Cons:(1) Unethical advertising. On their website, they claimed to have airport shuttle but when we asked about it, they denied. I understand they don't have that facility. So they shouldn't be advertising that.(2) Poor quality housekeeping. They would expect you to wait for 2-3 hours in the morning to get fresh towels. Towels were very small and very few. The bedsheet had strings coming out of them. The blanket wasn't warm enough(3) The coffee provided in the room was inedible. YUCKS.Overall it's an okay experience. There are a couple of places nearby where you can get your food and other stuff from. So it was good.Edit: wrong information by the owner because I stayed there ( it was booked under my spouse's name).Rooms: Clean but terrible housekeeping. Very few towels. They don't have proper trash cans. You'd need to wait a few hours every morning to get fresh towels. Coffee was terrible. Didn't have proper glasses.

Excellent crew, easily check in, fantastically easy to book, and clean! Even in the lobby, it smelled so clean! The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. My only two complaints were about the bathroom door and the bathroom vent. The door didn't close completely, but it wasn't a huge issue. However, the bathroom vent, which had no option to turn off as it was tied to the light switch, was amazingly loud and rambunctious. The vent gave me flashbacks. Every time we would turn on the bathroom light, it was like listening to a concert of epileptic monkeys bang coconuts on tiger enclosure at an understaffed zoo. Gotta get that fixed.

Bed was nice and firm. Service folks were polite. That's all the good I can say about it. The chair had a fake cushion made of a wood block and a 1.5" pad. Nearly broke my ar#s sitting down. The door wouldn't shut on its own (major security issue). The doorknobs were gross. The pillows were... just... weird. There was sticky stuff on the desk and elsewhere. The fridge was well over 60 degrees. The AC squeaked the entire time. The "warm" breakfast consisted of weird colored sausages and stale biscuits. That's it. See photos and videos. Oh, it's also right next to a strip club, so... if that's your thing, there ya go.LOL. They replied "not verified." Bro, look at the PHOTOS.Y'all, unless you're going to the strip club, stay away from this trashy place. Periodt.

NEVER STAY HERE!!! Bad hotel owner. I asked for change so I could tip the housekeeper and the owner was annoyed at my request. When I checked out, the owner was annoyed when I returned the key to the front desk. lt was as if I was bothering him even if he was just standing there. No thanks or greetings given. Very, very rude owner. Don’t give him your business.Edit: Owner claims unverified because he’s a unrespectable LIAR!!

Tbh the location looks not that safe. I stayed here for 2 nights. The bed is comfortable and big. It has many amenities which is a plus and many good tv channels. The wifi is incredibly slow so is hard to get any work done. Is in front of a Walmart and others stores making it convenient.The place is quite you hear barely no noise which is good to sleep in. The bathroom: hated it. I was places in a handicap room and the shower could hardly be adjusted. It points straight to the wall and that’s it. The bathroom looks outdated but I mean is a bathroom. The doors are so HARD to open and close. The parking lot ground is all broken with holes all over so be careful driving in it. They offer breakfast which I was not told about. They also charge a deposit fee. Overall is a decent place to stay in for a night or two just not for a long time.

This place is shitty, it stinks. The hotel manager Ankit was disrespectful and stated the hotel lobby restroom was broken. No hospitality, I drove over 180 miles and get to my destination for a poor attitude, broken restroom and a stanky room. I booked through Priceline, confirmed 2 queen beds and when I arrived I was told by manager Priceline booked 1 king, and the manager did not care to help.

We booked the room through Priceline when traveling from CA, a confirmation for 2 queen beds. Upon arrival after a long road trip, the woman at front desk stated the room had 1 king bed and claimed Priceline sent reservation for 1 king. We asked to use lobby restroom during confusion and was told it was being cleaned. Due to urgency we asked if person could stop cleaning and then desk lady stated the restroom was broken. When provided the copy of the 2 bed confirmation, she then rudely stated she could not accommodate for 2 queen bed or refund as that would need to be changed through Priceline....there was nothing that she could do as it was 3rd party booking. To be fair the lobby appeared clean, the room smelled moldy it could have been ax needing new filter. Prior to calling Priceline, when asked if the motel had any 2 bed rooms she stated no and did not appear to care we needed a 2 bed accommodation. We were visiting for a death in family and needed to attend services, we contacted Priceline throughout the evening on multiple occasions. After several long phone calls ("please hold while we look to help, so sorry for the inconvenience") and failure of Priceline to relocate, we had to book a stay elsewhere. Priceline informs we attempted to contact the motel and they won't grant refund... checked out of the motel within couple of hours and was told we could not get a receipt for check out "as the system doesn't allow a check out receipt for at least 24 hours". AT THIS POINT THIS A BAIT AND SWITCH HUSSLE!! This desk attendant and Priceline are horrible...Priceline placed us on hold for over 2 hours and no help....Priceline and this motel basically said "thanks for visiting suckers and we keeping your 2 night stay monies although you didn't stay for any nights". The motel blamed Priceline and Priceline blamed the motel. The manager on duty "Ankit" was not working. This dispute is not done! Stay away, don't waste your time or money..

**EDIT** The owner replies to all negative comments with fraud not verified. I have screenshots of my reservation from the day if they would like to confirm. Just goes to show they are very shady. ** Very poor customer care. Attendant that was on duty was the general manager according the the GM sign with his name on it. He was very unwelcoming and acted as if we were inconveniencing him by trying to check into our room. There were maybe 3 other cars in the parking lot (wonder why?). It is also located on an adjoining property to a strip club so I'm sure it's not great at night.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I booked on hotels tonight for a quick overnight stay on a long road trip. I was HARASSED by the woman behind the desk and what I believe was her husband. I checked in with my service dog and they refused us! They chased us out the front door then proceeded to watch us from the windows while I tried to have my dog pee and I was on the phone with hotels trying to find another place with vacancy. Do yourself a favor and head down the street to the Holiday Inn express- here they actually have wonderful customer service and understood that my dog is not a pet and provides me with a medical service that is needed!

Always clean especially since it is a smoke free hotel. That's right not even vaping is allowed. Mr Ramon is always accommodating especially since I come it at all different times. Be aware there is a gentlemen club next door and those individuals can get loud after hours

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION IN THIS HOTEL!!! We made the reservation a month before our stay only to find out an hour before arrival that our reservation got canceled. Found out about the cancelation when I logged into my Choice Hotel account so I can check in already. I called the hotel and the call just keeps disconnecting. Called Choice Hotels Guest Services, Agent named William booked us into Comfort Suites only to find out that Comfort Suite has no room available at all. We had to scamper to find a hotel room for the night, which was very difficult as LSU had a game and the ring ceremony this weekend. Needless to say, this is the MOST AWFUL traveling experience ever.

Update: I verified myself. I'm real. Like the others have started before, the fact that the owner claims either "not verified" or "fraud guest" for every negative review instead of fixing the problem, should tell you what kind of establishment this is.Unfortunately didn't get to stay because the hotel cancelled our room, which was already overpriced for the weekend. Normal rates were around 100 dollars and we were paying 250 for the night. They cancelled our room 4 days before our stay.

Nice room, decent condition considering the price of the hotel. WiFi has no noticable speed issues but did have to re-login multiple times during my stay.The walls are pretty thin, got woken up by my neighbour's alarm rather than my own.
