DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!! My boyfriend ordered me an arrangement tor my birthday, i was so disappointed when i got it.. they delivered it at 6:30pm ..all melted., i think the manager delivered it ans ensured me he would get his money back .. we have called multiple times, left voicemails and nothing has been done.. i waited a couple of months to write this review.. i try giving people chances first.. but nothing was done in this case!

I have ordered from edible several times!!!I tried to make the day special for my girlfriend several times.I have spent close to over 1200 maybe more,and every time my order has been wrong.She’s deserves the best (SANTANA RUSSELL) but they never come thru. The exact location is 6725 Siegel ln Baton Rouge. I currently placed a order today oct 24,2023 at that same location hoping maybe this time they would get it right they brought 1 item out of 4 I’m still currently waiting for the order right now.

Made an order for a birthday present but was called and was told they were out of everything that went with the order. How are you out of cake & helium? The person on the phone refunded me but calling the day of someone's birthday when the order was made last week is not the way to go. I wish I had received some type of heads up so make other arrangements for my husband's birthday. I will not be ordering from here again.

Worse service I’ve ever encountered. Placed an order that was never delivered. When I call the store to find out what happened no one knows anything. Was told store closed early the day my order was supposed to be delivered and when asked why it’s wasn’t the following day east told all orders went out but mine they didn’t know why it wasn’t made. No manager was able to speak to, the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and only would say we can refund you. Regret ever placing an order there.

Terrible! They dropped off a birthday arrangement to the wrong house. We got the wrong order as well. Called for 30 min no one answered. Emailed the store, no one replied. I’m out $75 and an unhappy 15 year old.

Worst experience ever ! I explained they I needed a gift within the next couple hours . I paid for my gift in person at 1pm and told them I’ll be back in 2 hours . Once I got to my car I realized I got no receipt, ask for no name or number so I called to give that information. I also stated on the phone they I’ll be back in2 hour for the 2nd time so they understood . It’s 330 and the place is completely closed . Unable to get what I paid for and was not notified . Unable to give my mom her gift , I am completely disgusted with this place .

I used to love Edible Arrangements until encountering the Baton Rouge location. This is the worst, most ghetto location I have ever seen, poor customer service, unprofessional, and do not make deliveries in a timely manner. When you FINALLY receive it, the fruit is hot and chocolate is melted. I wish I could give no stars! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION! This store need to close!

This company did not send my edible arrangement, did not send me a confirmation text message, and does not answer the phone (even when you call for an hour). They surely can take your money though. I called 3 different locations for an hour with no answer. Do not order from them. Below I have attached a photo of the transaction as well as all of the calls for the last hour.

Horrible location ! Ordered a box of strawberries for a birthday gift. These things were smaller than a quarter itself. For them to say that's how they come is a negative for me. The little tag sayings were bigger that the strawberries. Bitter and sour tasting. The manager "T"cant make any decisions without the franchise owner?! You're the manager ! If the item was bad and we brought it back to you , you should be able to issue a refund !!! Now run me back the money. The store is nasty and just dirty. Lady in the back that put the box together had more to say than the manager. "She just speaking up for herself"! Not to me she not!! Rude and unprofessional. Should have looked at the reviews first.

No show, no call. Ordered 2 weeks before holiday. The business the delivery was going to closed at 5pm, still hadn't heard from Edible. Upset, let down Valentines. Will not be using again. Even submitted complaint on website, not heard from them either. Word of mouth should stop others from using. 0 stars not an option. Here's a photo of the not received order.

It's not even 11am and the place is a complete mess. The employees look like they aren't happy to be there and are rude to the potential customers. I can understand you want to make an obscene amount of money over pricing for Valentines Day, however, to stop all production on other products is just bad business. Oh, and don't lie saying all locations do this as it's not true. Way to spread love. Good job!

If I could give a zero I would. The staff is so unprofessional and rude. Staff doesn't relay same information. Order was not delivered today(Valentine's Day) at hubby's place of business(bank) before they closed as i was told it would be. Now we have to pick up from store since they didn't delivery before the bank closed. I will never order again.

DO NOTTTT ORDER FROM HERE. If I could give zerooo stars I would. The worst, most embarrassing experience!! Not only was my order not delivered on time, but it was MISSING ITEMS THAT I PAID FOR!! This stuff is not cheap for yall to not deliver everything I ordered. I am embarrassed and my entire plan was ruined. On top of that, the workers are sooo rude from the phone reps to the delivery. What a waste of money.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I have to agree with many of the posts here. I'm not sure how Edible Arrangements has allowed this franchisee to operate this location. I have used a few other locations and have never had an issue. This Valentine's order was a nightmare. They did not deliver on the 14th as was expected. I called the night of the 14th and was left on hold 5 times. I would say I sent around 2 hours trying to speak to someone about the delivery until the recording said they were closed. I understand it was Valentine's Day, but I should have been told that they would not deliver. They called on the 15th to see if they could deliver. Not very amusing. I did eventually get a refund, but only because of the kind person working there. Seems like the owners policy is not to refund, especially delivery charges. It was obvious that the owner does not treat their employees well, or care much about their customers.
