Amber and Jordan are awesome. The customer service is a 10 out of 10. If I ever have a problem with a rental, they will fix it immediately. Will always go to this location for my car rental needs!!

The staff there is superb! Especially Jordan and Amber. There was a little hiccup with the insurance not completing the reservation and they assisted in getting it resolved from start to finish. They deserve 10's across the board!!!!

Don't recommend. Booked a rental car. Get to there at ny designated time to pickup and they "didn't have a rental". Deposit was paid. We were not contacted nor did they attempt to make any accommodations for being an inconvenience to us in such short time. Ridiculous!

Currently in rental but I was told the amount I was gonna be charged but then 2 days later they charged my card for a different amount and of course they were closed so I had to call the customer service line they put in for a callback to their management team and told me it’ll take 2-5 days for a call back so they said I might be getting charged daily until management calls and I asked the ppl there if Gerry lane was paying for it they said yes all I had to cover was the deposit and any additional coverage on the vehicle I wanted. And the inspection sticker on the vehicle expires at the end of this month. Highly upset and I’d return this vehicle immediately and get my money back but of course the location I picked up is closed on Sunday and possibly closed on Monday for Memorial Day and that location does not offer after hours return. I will never use this place again.

I have been doing business with Enterprise for over a decade but the last time I dealt with Denham Springs I had decided never to do business with them again called left a complaint it was never followed up with but the lady who took the complaint told me they were young as if that's an excuse I went to this location due to my car being serviced @ Toussaint Body & Customs(they do the best body work in BTR if you ask me) across the street they put me in an Enterprise rental the customer service in this location is AMAZING to say the least upon check out & return Amanda's amazing ask for her & she is young so the excuse the lady gave me about the ones in Denham being young was total bs I will only use this location if I ever need a rental again Amanda restored my faith in Enterprise

Ms. Foreman, the branch manager and staff is kind and professional. I appreciated the ride home although the office was almost closing.I have for the last several years, experienced nearly empty fuel tanks when I check out a rental car. Its a disadvantage to the customers, because when we return these cars, it can be hard to gage the amount of gas you'll end up returning the car with, often returning the car with more fuel than it was checked out with. Enterprise should have the cars on FULL. It just makes sense. A courtesy at the least.

Extremely rude, I had issues with State Farm paying a few extra days for the rental. I asked Enterprise to give me a few days to get things settled with State Farm. They continued to charge my card multiple times for the rental. Not even for the correct amount. When calling to ask them to stop charging my card. (In which they already took the amount out and then some.) Instead of correcting it they hung up on me and will not answer the phone now. Called Customer Support to help.

My experience was terrible. I am currently in tears writing this review because I will have to miss a wedding behind an intentional mess up. The short version is I rented a car, it was smoky and had to be returned. Then the next car we rented had expired tags and the front seat belt had to be buckled at all times (even if no one was sitting there) in order to stop beeping. I didn't notice the tags until my husband was pulled over for them being expired. He was racially profiled and illegally searched during that traffic stop. It's such a demoralizing feeling. I alerted the local branch to what happened and was told they would make it right after being told it wasn't their fault or problem. Duncan who is now a branch manager at another location told me this. I asked to speak to the Regional manager and instead the branch manager reached out to me and said he would fix it. I let them know he had a ticket also that he got after being pulled over a second time. When I got to the branch to exchange the car the guy working had a terrible attitude and was still being a bit of a j**** they had offered a certain amount of days off but left one off, so Duncan said hey no worries, I'll catch it on the back end when you return the car. I said ok I won't forget! So when we go to return the car, I had trouble getting the final invoice because there was a $97 balance (after paying over 1400 in rental fees). The regional manager was able to generate an invoice so I got the money from the insurance company the same day, called back to make a payment and was told I couldn't because it had to be mailed in. I thought that was strange so I called the manager back and let him know I was being told I couldn't make the payment. Duncan called me back and let me know he could take the payment and that he credited me for the day that was left off. I saw the charge of $62.45 so I thought we were all settled. WRONG!!!! 5 days later they attempted to run a $35 payment and it declined bc I had an entirely new card by this point. No one called me. They attempted the charge again. NO ONE CALLED ME. (EDITED TO INCLUDE: I ONLY KNOW THIS INFORMATION BECAUSE THE BRANCH MANAGER TOLD ME AFTER I CALLED TO GET CLARITY ABOUT THE $97 CHARGE. I BELIEVED THE DO NOT RENT LIST WAS AN ERROR AT THIS POINT) They then reported it to collections. My car was wrecked last week and I called Enterprise to get a rental. Of course not thinking I have any issues. DENIED!!! I spoke with the branch manager and the truth came out that he thought I was lying about the racial profiling and that because the ticket came from speeding and not the expired tag (even though there were 2 separate traffic stops!!) that I shouldn't have been given the credit and that's why he took the last day off and wouldn't accept the $65 payment. HOWEVER NO ONE CALLED ME and the pending charge was there for an entire month before they released it! Which I didn't even notice until my bank let me know when I called to get clarity on the matter. I have been attempting to reach a regional manager for a week in order to get clarity and possible solutions. I would have no problems settling the debt but as someone who suffers with PPA, this really causes me stress. Steven was rude and Duncan was condescending. This last time Steven laughed at me as I cried explaining why I was frustrated. He laughed about the card declining for $35, without even asking why it declined. He also laughed when I asked to speak to a regional manager and gave me the number to collections instead of his managers number. I feel i was treated unfairly and as a black woman it's hard for me to feel like it's not because of my race. He laughed at me and told me how the phones weren't recorded when I asked could he review the final call I had with Duncan. It was terrible. I literally have been crying all week.

Delton and his staff are definitely service oriented! After the frustration of being involved in a vehicle accident, Delton came to my rescue and located a vehicle the next day! His team was kind and courteous! They assisted with bringing me to my vehicle when the repairs were complete! Thanks to Delton and his team!! They made my Friday a pleasant day!
