4.5 stars only because of the wait time you experience when calling in to extend the rental sometimes I would have to go to the location while still being on hold on the phone but the representatives were very apologetic about the inconvenience

The online car reservation process was seamless and efficient. Upon vehicle collection, the representative professionally addressed the inquiry regarding the expired registration sticker. Both representatives were nice. The rental SUV was a little smaller than I expected; other than that, everything was great!
