This goes to Ms. Kristian Wicker Tucker, I could not possibly give her enough reviews!!! I had a rough year last year and she went out her way 100% for me and got me into more then I could ever have expected! Great prices, she explained everything so clearly to me with giving me some great advice! I am so thankful for that woman, my daughter and I now can keep climbing up the repairing my life road with feeling more confident then ever and knowing that I was given a chance for just someone to believe in me! Thank you my girl, you will always be a part of our journey!

Wow, what a great experience of renting a car from this location of Enterprise. From the ease of process to the quality of the vehicle was spot on. Thanks to Kia, she was so helpful . I’ll rent there again for sure.

Long story short I had to cancel one reservation for my car rental and switch it to the Florida boulevard locationthis was my first time renting a car I always had my own vehicle I was nervous about missing our trip butSteven padgett made the day better with great customer service if you bring all of your information you will be in and out in no time I definitely will be using this location for future rentalsAll around great customer service keep up the good work ???

I've been renting a vehicle since the middle of September from siegan lane which they took care of me the entire time, I was short on time and this location at Flannery and Florida was closer, I got there and the gentleman who was training to be a manager within the first 5 minutes of dealing with him, I was annoyed, I didn't like his demeanor nor his attitude, part of me was like just cancel everything, but I needed the weekly rental, but when it was time to return it I had made reservations in Hammond, because I didn't want to ever deal with this guy or this location due to this one particular person, but I must say, when my husband and I went to return the vehicle and head to Hammond, the manager Steven Padgett heard our concerns and made everything right, he kept us at his location and I was satisfied with his customer service and will continue to go there, it's management like Steven that's gonna keep us and our business, he apologize and made it right, when you're spending this kind of money weekly, you don't expect bad customer service, especially from someone training to be in management, Thank you Steven Padgett you we're amazing and changed our bad service into great service, You are truly appreciated.

Nice team and cars are clean but the weed smell is always a problem. I wish they would charge the weed smokers for cleaning and maybe it would stop. Friendly manager and willing to change car out because of the weed smell but there is always a car shortage.

I recently returned a rental car at this agency and had an unfortunate experience during the check-in process. The agent claimed there was damage at the bottom of the vehicle, specifically at the running boards. However, I respectfully disagreed, as what he pointed out seemed to be just mud from the road. What surprised me was that the agent did not accompany me to the car to examine the alleged damage, and instead, he assured me it was damaged while remaining behind the desk as I inspected it alone. During the initial handover of the car, there were other issues too. The vehicle was car seat was wet, and had a distinct and unpleasant odor of marijuana. The agent informed me that they were in the process of cleaning the car, particularly the driver's seat, and offered a towel to be because the seat was still wet once completed. Despite the inconvenience, I remained patient. I believe the alleged damage was not caused during my rental period and was already present when I picked up the car. The location of the purported damage, being at the very bottom of the running boards, is not something that could occur during regular usage. For a fair evaluation, I requested documents from the check-in of the previous driver, including photos or videos. It's essential to ensure accurate assessments are made. In conclusion, the overall rental experience was overshadowed by this incident. I hope the agency will improve its inspection process and maintain transparency in the future.

The Process was smooth pickup they didn’t have the car available b/c it needed a battery but 30mins they was able to get a replacement.(Hunter Arnold ) made the return quick and smooth as well. Great job Enterprise

Hunter was very nice and took care of my rental needs. In and out quickly. Car was great, but slow leak in one tire. That’s why only 4 stars.
