Wish I could give lower than 1 star. I get there at noon for my reservation. They tell me none of their 1500 trucks have hitch receivers but their 2500 do. Not sure why you would remove receivers from a truck but thats a different issue. After standing in the sun, a guy peeks his head outside and explains this. Looks at my reservation and says he could get me into a 2500 on my reservation. Only problem is all are getting oil change at Firestone. No problem, I say, I'll come back. I call 2 hours later, nothing has come in and they close at 5. At 3:40 I call again, I go on hold. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I get a ride there, still being on hold. I knock on the door and they answer. Theyve just been ignoring phone calls for the last hour. They now have a truck but now want $49/day more. None of which was discussed at the time. So ive spoken to them three times, once face to face. 2nd call was 30 minutes on hold before I drove there where still on hold. They never discussed this added feeuntil then. I rent vehicles often. This was the rudest, most unprofessional rental experience I've ever had. I don't think I have ever written an online review, but their incompetence and outright rudeness drives me to do so. If you must rent a vehicle from this location of enterprise, save yourself the time and just smash your hand with a hammer. It will save you time and will probably be more pleasurable.

Salesman Leslie Gifford was helpful and knowledgeable. Would return anytime and would recommend to friends. Reasonable and fair rates. Go there for all your truck needs!

I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for almost 15 years. I’ve always felt that they provided a fair value and wonderful â€œwhite gloveâ€ customer service, whether for business or personal. I will no longer chose this particular location for any of my car rentals. Not only are the area manager and the store manager, both male shovanists, and have they unethically overcharged me, but they decide on a whim what rules to make up. Not only have they made it more than clear that the more than $8,400 of revenue my ministry has brought to them is not appreciated, but they have so much as made it clear that they no longer want our business!!! Thanks, but no thanks Ryan and Chad!! We will take our business elsewhere!!

They did me right. Picked me up at the auto place and I got a rental without much of a hitch. There was some delay because of a surge in rentals but I didn't mind the wait. Not so much for the other woman looking to rent at the same time but I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. When she started to create a stink the manager called around and brought her to another branch that had a vehicle then and there. Guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Either way, no complaints here. Should be noticed that my insurance is paying for the rental car - $30/day.

Gosh, I think this is the most I have been to a rental car facility within a short period of time. Experienced car issues a couple weeks ago, where I had to rent a car from the BTR airport. Then, some things came up with the dealer where they said they could cover the rental car, while my car was being worked on, so had to come here to get a car (in order for them to pay for it). The Enterprise employee was so nice and helpful. Sadly, the only car they had in the size we needed was an F-150. For those that know me, I am tiny, so that truck was waaaaaay too big! The seats were so hard to adjust and it was kind of grimy on the inside. Totally not for me. Luckily my husband was able to drive it and we had the option of exchanging it at the BTR Enterprise location. So, we did just that! Anyway, this location (on Airline by Siegen) definitely exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled to get such great service despite the other bad reviews they received. These rental car facilities are hit & miss. They change out management often, so a review written 1-2 years back might no longer be valid because their is a different staff in place. Anyway, the young lady here was so helpful and got on us on our way pretty quick! So, thanks =)

Literally tried to scam us over a small rock dent, didn’t have the right van we had previously ordered weeks ahead of time. They are terrible and are trying to milk money from big groups of people. DO NOT COME HERE.

Great experience. In and out very quickly. Friendly staff and didn't even hassle me about being a little short of fuel since I was dropping off a car my wife rented. Drove me to repair shop and dropped me off. Entire check in took under 2 minutes.

I have rented from this location many times. The staff always works to make sure I am pleased. I receive a followup call after each rental. Receipts are sent in a timely manner. I appreciate this commitment to customer service!
