appointment time for pick up was @3pm, checked in at gate @ 3:01pm, after checked in at shipping office @3:19pm. Shipper refused to load us cause we were 19 minutes late... DO NOT SEND YOUR TRUCKS to this facility!

Got there early was gone within 2 hours. Friendly enough people. Fill out the 2 sheets of paper on the desk before you go to the window. Plenty of room.
