This store is terrible! Arrived to the store at 8:50pm and was given the "we're closed signal"..door says 10pm, online says 9pm..so they're just making up their own hours now? This has happened twice!

I will just stop trying with this store. Everytime i come here they are either “unloading a truck” that they must keep the store closed til they finish unloading the truck. Or say they are restocking and will open when they finish. I remember needing some children’s Tylenol for my kid it was around 9am witch they were “open” but the door was locked. I come back around 11am and they are closed. I just went to the just now it’s 7:40pm store doesn’t close til 8 & the door was locked. If y’all will always be closed y’all might as well just close down the store period. Whoever owns this store needs to get their management TOGETHER!

On 1/9/2019 I went to store, store opens at 8AM it's passed that time and the lights weee still off there's a car parked in front. Immediately I noticed a guy as I'm knocking on the door he tells me “he's not open†I said but you open at 8AM. Moral of the story get to work on time you won't have that issue of rushing to open and dismissing potential business customers.. LEROYLAN that's his name store manager. I guess this what you get dealing with ghetto peoples in that area.

Sign on the door says they close at 10 me and wife pulled up to the store at 850 and was hand across the neck signal saying they were closed. Went in the next day and they didn't have any bags to bag our items so we had to carry them out in hand.

Absolutely horrible ,horrible service. Only one very rude person in the store. As I was coming down the isle to check out and said excuse me to get passed her she refused to move and stood in the way continuing to stock whatever. Strangely, she acknowledged the fact that I had said excuse me, but still did not move purposely.While scanning my items to purchase, she refused to price check an item even after I told her that the price was scanning incorrectly on the register. She continued to ring items and totaled out all items purchased without making the correction purposely. I stood there with my receipt to check t see if any correction was made while she walked over to the computer in the store and started doing whatever without acknowledging that she owed me any money. I said excuse me and she told me to wait. Wait??? A customer that she owed money???? Really?? She finished whatever she was doing and then came over to the register. Without persforming a refund through the system, she casually, without any concern of accuracy, opened the register, reached her hand inside and handed me back money not knowing whether she gave me back too much or not. Before I could pick up my bags and without any regards to my presence, she told the customer behind me to come up and let her her check him out while I was still standing there gathering my things. I have not met such rudeness, incompetence and thievery in quite sometime. She was just so blatant (matter of fact), without any hesitation or concern. I am so disturbed by this that I am actually calling and emailing personally to report this. This was not the first time I have met rudeness but just one of the absolute worst. To think that this happened just the day after Thanksgiving Day is just terribly frustrating. I will not stop until I speak with someone about this, and I have been on hold on the customer complaint line for more than 20 minutes now.
