05/22/2023 after reading some bad reviews I was worried about visiting this location. They were wrong this store was great the lady that help me was very nice and really helpful. I'm glad I stopped in.

I missed her name but the assistant manager working on 5/13 was friendly, efficient and thorough. She made shipping so easy, stressfree and quick!

The staff aren't friendly or helpful. Every time I come to the store the wait is long because they don't want to help or are standing around looking at me.

Slow service. One employee who is not handicapped parks in the handicap spot everyday. Even after asking to free the space for disabled customers she told me to not worry about where she parks.

I have used their print services a few times now and the staff are all extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me figure out the best print option for my holiday cards and were fast in getting everything ready.

This is mostly because of their employee Major. he is the best person. He is kind, helpful, and available at all times. Even when it is crazy busy, he will help you with anything you need with a smile on his face. Thank you so much for always giving me the best service.

I had two returns and I was advised to bring them to FedEx to ship back. There was a line when I arrived but they were so with that by the time I had everything in the store the line was gone and I was up. The employees were fast and friendly.
