Brought a QSC subwoofer to this Siegen Lane store December 29 to be shipped to Florida.HERE IS HOW IT LOOKED WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT TO BE SHIPPED ,AND HERE IS HOW IT LOOKED WHEN IT REACHED ITS DESTINATION. WHY WOULD THEY SEND IT WITHOUT PACKAGING?BEWARE OF SHIPPING FROM THIS FEDEX STORE. WONDER HOW THEY’LL EXPLAIN THIS.AFTER MANY UNRESOLVED CALLS TO FEDEX I WENT TO THIS LOCATION AND SHOWED AN EMPLOYEE THE DISASTER THAT HAPPENED WITH MY SHIPMENT—SHE TOLD ME NEVER SHIP FEDEX GROUND BECAUSE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR YOUR PACKAGE— THEY THROW IT AROUND AND DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO IT — AALDO IF YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO FEDEX ON THE PHONE GO TO ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS AND TELL THEM TO CALL ON THEIR TELEPHONE TO PUT ONE OF THEIR INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES ON THE LINE TO HEAR YOUR ISSUE—- NEVER AGAIN !

I called to get a simple quote for a package because the FedEx website is absolutely ridiculous that doesn't give you all of the available options. They wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone. Clearly UPS and FedEx don't want my business anymore.I literally called one of the Gonzalez locations and the guy over there had no issue helping me with a quote. I asked him about this clown and he said he had no idea why the guy refused to give me a quote because that's what they do.

I came in on March 7th to get 30 - 50 page notebooks made for my business. Chet and another guy who was filling in for the day helped me, I paid for the notebooks and got everything taken care of…. or so i thought.I came in again to pick them up on March 21st after not hearing anything back that they were completed, Ebony was there to help me. She could not find the notebooks anywhere. Since it had been 2 weeks since i brought the documents in, she said that she would get them all printed and completed and to just give her a few hours. Not even 3 hours later, I get a call from Ebony saying they were finished and ready to be picked up. I get to the store and she said that the price was pretty hefty for the amount of books I had. I told her that I already paid for them on March 7th when I initially came in. She then looked around again and found my notebooks already printed and under someone else’s name.I doubt she hears this enough, but i hope she sees this and knows that I am grateful that she went out of her way by fixing someone else’s mistake in such a short notice. THANK YOU EBONY!!

I had a horrible experience today. I had some important papers to fax. When I looked at the page showing it was sent the date in their system is wrong. It showed October 28, 2013. Today is June 27, 2022. I explained to the guy the issue and asked if he could correct the date and I try to send my fax again. He had the worse attitude. There was a woman in there with him that heard the whole conversation that did nothing at all. She just stared off into space. They had no issue getting my money. This is ridiculous and their attitudes were both horrible and nonchalant. I won't be coming back to this place. I'd rather go further. For someone working at a fax, ship and print center you don't need a job if you don't know how to do the bare minimum which is correct the date in your system so anyone can have proof of actual time and date they fax important documents to!

Went there late Friday evening in urgent need for a large poster print in color. Due to slow internet connection the employee was having a tough time processing the print but Jessica went above and beyond to get that printed and did fantastic job!! Appreciate employees like Jessica. Thank you!!

Five packages not one of them was delivered on time and two of them were shipped together by the same company and one arrived and the other is still lost in transit somewhere, so the package that did arrive is useless until the other half of it gets here. they are the worst delivery service on the planet!! I never thought I would say this but they are even worse than the post office
