Took (6) months to schedule a re-do job....took (4) months to paint calipers. Damaged vehicle (overspray on entire vehicle, damaged PPF and headliner) during storage and refused to pay for same. Will cost me approx. $2.5K to correct. Owner (Vic) comes across as sincere, but turned out to be an outright liar. Tried to attack my integrity in the process to no avail, as he forgot that we associate with some of the same people who know my character. Shop has gone down over the years...and continues to descend. His prior support staff/techs have left to start their own business(s). The common denominator with those who have had issues with him is that they are not viewed as valued customers. He goes over and beyond for his peers and those that are in his circle to avoid a bad rep. If you do not fall in that category, you'll get the sham. I understand people make mistakes, however as a business owner, the onus is on you to make it right. Will never do business with Fisher's Automotive again. If he continues on this path, he won't be in business much longer. Preparing to take him to court.

Seem like nice people. But after waiting on a quote for over three weeks and my phone calls not mattering I’ve decided it’s time to move on. I wanted to do business here, but guess they didn’t want too.

Rented a budget truck/car hauler and this location was the pickup. Day of pickup the trailer and the truck were not talking to each other when it came to the lights. I was informed of this before scheduled pickup and a few hours later I was provided the rig I reserved. They were very helpful and solved the problem including keeping me updated. I did not expect the service I was provided. Would highly recommend, and if they're other services are as good I would definitely use again. You guys were great. Thank you

I'm not sure if it was Budget or this business that caused the issue, but we scheduled to pickup a budget truck on a Saturday. It was reserved but when we showed up they were closed. There was someone inside sitting at the desk and was very rude when she came out to say they were closed today. Why is it possible to reserve a truck to pick up on a Saturday if the business is not even open? It's absolutely ridiculous.

I took in a rim to get a quote. A few days later I got a call to come in and pick up the rim and pay $200.00. I only ask for a quote and they went ahead with the work. Not only did they not do what I ask, they have the nerved to ask for 200.00 to remove a small bent. For 200 I can just buy a new rim and have it shipped to me for free. The owner call and told me I need to pay him 250.00 to fix everything. This place is a joke. From other reviews on here it seem I was not the only victim. Never do business with these people.

Best Body Shop in Town! Hands down! He’s worked on several of my Mercedes as well as all of my family’s cars too! I Will never go to anyone else!Vic is the most honest & sweetest business owner I have ever met and that’s important to me! Also his employees work hard to make sure you are satisfied.He tells you straight up what the problem is with your vehicle and gives an excellent price so no surprises here unlike other rude dishonest body shops in Baton Rouge!If you are looking for someone who Is honest and takes pride in their work and is a perfectionist at painting cars then Vic is your man!Customer service is number one to them and it shows! So, all I needed was an estimate to fix a bent rim (Cadillac). My father brought the rim over so they could look at it. I made a claim with Union Pacific dude to the rim being bent by a very bad, uneven train track. Vic told my father he could fix it but not Guarantee the work. Vic also said that they cannot do the chrome finishing. I simply just needed a price on how much it will cost to fix the bend so I can complete the claim form and pass the information to Union Pacific. Union pacific requires two different estimates by two different companies if you have property that has been damaged and you want to file a claim. Vic (owner) was not able to give my father a price. I’ll call back and attempted to clarify my situation for some help. Vic rudely and immediately said , “I not fixing that and I’m not getting between that and hung up in my face”. The call lasted 37sec, 37sec of him being rude. From his company's Facebook page, he fixes rims "just like new". The proof is below. There’s some shady business going on around there and he picked my phone call to lash out! How unprofessional and rude!

I reserved my Budget rental truck with Fisher’s Automotive 1 1/2 months early. 3 days before I was scheduled to pick my truck up, a woman called me to tell me they weren’t going to have the 26 foot truck I reserved. They would only have a 16 foot truck, which is considerably smaller. The woman was not helpful and would not locate the size I reserved. The woman was also rude, and told me she was doing me a favor by calling me early to tell me, as opposed to telling me the day I showed up to pick up the truck. I realize it is a possibility that the truck you reserve may not be available, but this woman was so unwilling to help. What if a smaller truck had not worked for what I was moving, and I was unable to do so, this just isn’t good business. The day I picked the truck up, the cost of the smaller truck was $20 more, than the price of the larger truck I reserved. The company refused to honor the price of the truck I reserved. So to recap, they didn’t have the size truck I had reserved over a month early, and they charged me more money for a smaller truck. I realize it’s only $20, but it’s the point of it all. Also, the condition of the truck was horrible. It should not have been rented out in the condition it was in. It was beyond filthy and disgusting on the inside. We had to clean it ourselves before driving it. In the time of Covid-19 it should most certainly be cleaned AND sanitized. If Covid weren’t a factor, it should have at least been cleaned. The truck was also not in safe condition the drive as the alignment was off, and pulled to the right while driving. This became significantly worse over the course of the drive. Also, on the last day of driving we went through rain, and the truck proceeded to leak a LOT into the cab where we were sitting. To the point that we were soaked from the rain. Terrible customer service! I would never use this location again, and will be sure to let anyone I know in need of a rental in this area to avoid this company. If possible do not do business with this company.
