“I called and placed an order for 2 funeral sprays on friday 8/29/2025. I got the red crimson and asked for gladiolas to be added. I also got a second one with a request of blue and purple flowers but free range on everything else. I did jot get blue flowers in my arrangement but the arrangement was beautiful none the less. Each spray cost $275. I would have give 5 stars had they given all colors asked. I did ask for a single white and blue rose to be buried with my uncle. They not only accommodated that but they displayed it in the center of my spray, in its own ower spout, for me to easily remove and place with my loved one. I would order from them again”

“Edit: The owner (I assume) called me and apologized for the situation. She refunded my full amount and still sent the $200 order for free and even upgraded it. She went above and beyond to make this right and I’m truly satisfied with the customer service. I’m leaving my initial problem up so others can be rest assured that if anything comes up, that I have faith they will do whatever it takes to make it right.
Horrible experience. I tried to get flowers delivered and I put in my address and said it would be delivered that day and they charged me $25. After I paid I got a call saying that I need to pay more money to even qualify for me to have the delivery. And then was told there isn’t enough drivers for me. And then I was told the florist is closed. It was one thing after another. Excuses to not give me what I paid for. And when I asked to cancel I was told they couldn’t until a manager came in the next day and I wouldn’t receive a email or any kind of confirmation is was canceled. I’d have to just trust them. Horrible and i wouldn’t recommend this if your in need of flowers that day for a special occasion.”
