GameStop is a reliable neighborhood gaming stop. The store is neat and organized, making trips quick. Some employees clearly love what they do and are really helpful, offering great customer service, such as printing out lists of games on sale. They are patient and passionate about bringing the community together through play. However, experiences with staff can vary. Some associates are friendly and engaging, while others may not greet customers or initiate conversation, focusing on their work or standing around instead. The presence of a manager can change the dynamic. The store handles transactions like game and console trade-ins, though customers should be aware that incidents, such as people attempting to sell fake games, do occur.
Now my go to store, a little harder to get to but good service. Though my reservation was not kept for the game I reserved. First time that has happened in my many years of using Gamestop. Not the store or workers fault.
