Do people actually read reviews? Just get the warranty on things. If it breaks you get it repair or replaced.

I purchased a contract to repair problemS on my PC last September I believed Geeks would inspect and catch SOME errors and repair them. I soon started finding problems. I brought the PC back around a month ago to have the Geeks fix a problem I could not repair. Since then I found 5 or 6 problems. I have spent many HOURS trying to get my PC working. I believe the Geeks are good at their jobs. I believe they lack the initiative to do a little more. Your store is pretty big, nationwide, meaning BB faces a Hugh amount of competition. Many years ago my mother told me (after my chore was completed, I though ! ] ; "lazy people have to work the hardest." It took me many years before I bought in to Mother's words. It takes just a little while longer to do a GOOD. I can look back over the years and saw all the trophies that were hers. Get your young men to start making trophies. It will bless your soul.

I called the geek squad on October 26 @2:00I stayed on hold for 10 minA rep answered the phone clearly after I told him my problem " his phone started going in and out " then he hung up on me.

Had a Laptop that wouldn't turn on. Laptop has never been dropped. And is 4 months old When we went in they stated we dropped it and it is 85 for them to send it off. They said they wouldn't even get to it for 2 months and could cost over 500. I decided to just go home. Took apart and made a quick 10 minute adjustment and laptop works like new
