It was an unhurried shopping experience. Zachary took the time to show me several models and I had the opportunity to test drive them. The features of the cars were explained and questions were answered thoroughly. There was no pressure to make a choice and the deal was closed to my satisfaction. The paperwork was done efficiently and financing was handled in an easy to understand manner. It was a great buying experience.

I dropped off my 2019 GMC Sierra on Monday Jan. 8th around 12:30 for a transmission issue. I spoke to Haley in service about the issue. I called twice on Jan 10th to get an update, no answer. I called again on Jan 11th and left a message for Haley. I got a return call within a half hour. Haley told me her service manager would have to drive the truck to assess the issue. She called me back and said he could not duplicate the issue but would look into the issue further. I called on Monday Jan 15th. Haley was out but Burt told me Ralph would call me back. No return phone call. I called again this morning at 8:25 and again Burt told me Ralph would call me back, again return call. I decided to drive to the dealership to find out what is being done with my truck. I walked into the service area and Ralph was on phone with what sounded like a personal call. He hung up and asked if he could help. I told him who I was and why I was there. He looked up my service report and said no one had even been assigned to look at the truck. He excussed himself and left the service area. While he was gone I notice two sticky notes on his desk with my information on them and to call me with an update. He came back and said the truck had not been looked at. At that point I told him to get my keys and bring my truck to me so I could take it somewhere else to be serviced.

It was an absolutely amazing experience dealing with Gerry Lane. My salesman, Sherrard Davidson, was like no other that I have ever experienced. Sales Manager Kendrick Thomas was amazing both times I have purchased there. I will definitely be back and will send others their way. Wonderful experience!

Car was towed to you. Didn't know what was wrong. Needed battery. Whoever was in my car tracked mud all over driver's side on rubber mat as well as the carpet. Did not return seat position. At least I was given a senior citizen discount. Had no idea batteries were this expensive. Or, do you just overcharge people of my age when they are at your mercy????

if i could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Awful customer service. I work in customer service so I usually give people the benefit of the doubt because I understand, but they dragged me around for weeks and were completely rude about it. I was told by them 6 months ago that I needed to change my brake pads soon. After trying to make an appt 5 times over the span of 2 weeks and was being told I would be called back and completely wasn't, I brought it in and was told it would be ready by 12 which i confirmed 3 times because I had work and would bring in another day if it would take longer. I had to call them several times to see if my car would be done before work and they kept telling me yes until an hour before I had work they said i'd have to wait till the next day and was rude about it. I went in to pick it up at 11 the next day with still no phone call and they told me my brake pads were completely fine and they must've just "recommended it" 6 months prior when they tried to get me to get them changed that day I just did not have the money. Wasted 2 days of my time, very rude to me about all of it, and completely lied to me that I needed to spend hundreds of dollars to just say never mind 6 months prior. I also should not have to check up on grown adults that often so see if they are doing their job or not. which they were not.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. My salesman Stephen went over and beyond to address all my concerns and delivered quick . Jennifer the finance manager was top notch as well. I love my new vehicle! Gerry Lane Buick is the place to go.

Ms Haily did a great job from a service point! On the other hand when picking up my truck the things I had under the back seat was thrown around on the floor my back seat belt buckle was broken looks like it been pride apart and black finger prints when all over my head liner and the same stuff was all over my seats. I walked back in to get someone so they can see the condition it was in. Mr. Philip came out and wiped my seats off agreeing that I shouldn’t be receiving my truck back in that condition he acknowledged that the seat belt buckle was broken and will order a new one taking my information for Mr Client to contact me. I picked my truck up the Friday no call Monday so I called Tuesday and spoke to Mr Client about everything. He suggested i bring it back in to be detailed I dropped my truck off Tuesday night he called me Wednesday evening around 4 saying it was ready. Upon picking it up this time it still looking the same way I brought it everything was still on the heading Liner finger prints everywhere so I walked back in to get Mr Client but he was gone for the day. I spoke with Mr Client a few days later to tell him everything looks the same way I brought it & it had like water marks in the heading liner where they tried wiping it but it started to look worse and I was un happy with that outcome and no one hasn’t contacted me about the seat belt buckle being replaced.

As always the service dept is on top of their game. Hayley and Danny are always so very friendly and knowledgeable. I know that I am in good hands with them.
