Will is great! He’s going to try to sell you everything in the store, which I mean I’m pretty sure that’s a part of his job, but he actually cares and will listen to you and give you advice. He’s not just going to sell you something to get his numbers up because if it’s not a good fit it’s not a good fit. He’s knowledgeable about different supplements and how they’ll affect your body. I’ll be back. Will, if you’re reading this, I’ll probably never buy that multivitamin, lol!

Never coming here again. I’m so tired of the management and employees constantly pushing me to buy their membership, even after I’ve told them multiple times that day that I don’t want to. Then they will have an attitude when you tell them you don’t want it. Not to mention their prices are ridiculously high, I saw a GNC brand protein priced at $85 for 25 servings, and it was “on sale” from an original $95. Bye Bye GNC, hello Amazon.

Store is Litteraly never open. Came in the afternoon on a weekday and simply wasn’t open. Also if it is open it’s always very late.

The manager was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me even though she was at the counter while I was there. She was also doing office work on the counter with another employee and didn’t even move so the guy could check me out - he had to squeeze around them to do his job. Super unprofessional in my opinion.Phillip helped me and he was great, though! He pulled stock out of the back for me and was knowledgeable of the promotions going on. He was super friendly too.Bad management will force good employees to leave. They should keep that in mind...

The employees were very helpful when I was trying to decide if i should switch from my regular Men's Daily Vitapaks to the Men's 50 Plus Vitapaks since I'm one into 50. They told me that if it's not broke, don't fix it. Good philosophy. It's my go-to place for vitamins. They also have protein powders and such. I've also tried their meal replacement shakes. My second place to pick up vitamins would be Trader Joe's. They also have a Men's Multi Vitamin. If you have questions, they have answers. Should be noted that almost every health-aware friend I've talked to has advised me that GNC is overpriced when it comes up but they never offer any other solution so I wouldn't know about that. Me, I'll pay more for convenience any day As for the Covid report, masks are being worn but didn't notice much social distancing there. There were no markers but I don't think it's a place that gets too crowded. Good Luck!

The clerk at the GNC Branch on Lee Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana should not have been receiving customers today. She was not wearing a face mask. I was however. I immediately asked her where was her mask and she said she did not have one. I proceeded to find the item I had come in for and while searching I reminded her that there had been an increase of Covid cases in Baton Rouge. I asked her was she aware of that. She said she was, since she went to LSU. I asked if it was the policy of GNC not to require their employees to wear masks. She did not know. I was absolutely shocked at this young lady's behavior and reluctance to show any empathy regarding my inquiry. I have been going to this GNC for years and like their products. This is probably one of my top 5 places to buy my supplements!! That and the staff here for the most part are very nice & knowledgeable, also any time possible there open to trying to save you $$$$
