I am completely disgusted by the place!!!!! Not only was i just in line for what was about 25 minutes but I saw something completely unforgivable and disrespectful. I witness cashier Leslie G. at about 1:15pm I saw her let some lady cut in line and request something behind the counter. The cashier gave it to the customer and then proceeded to have a full conversation. The cashier then asked a pregnant hispanic lady to give up her cart. So her friend could use it and she didnt even use the the cart. She carried half the stuff in her hands upon leaving. Absolutely ridiculous. The pregnant hispanic lady spent way more money and had way more merchandise. This was a blatant act of racism. Review the camera because it was disgusting. I will no longer be returning to this trash heap. That was just insane!!!!!! Sucks because I really like this store but if this is the trash they hire then they need to reevaluate their hr company.

This goodwill usually has top notch service and prices but the last 2 times I've gone in the payment process has been hell. The feminine black male cashier with the tight shirt is extremely rude and racist. This last time I went I saw two ladies in line one Asian and one white. I saw him move them aside to help another customer. Like that was wild!!! Dude is so unprofessional. I just bought my item and left but was tempted to leave it there. Sad.

This store has gone so downhill. I only donate to church pantries now.
- No carts, if you're lucky to get a cart it's bent up and doesn't work.
- No dressing rooms (thanks for punishing the people who actually spend money) and a "3 day" return policy, no thanks!
- Locked restrooms.
- Tags with incorrect sizes and stuff not even placed correctly on racks.
-And everything is so, so over priced.

This has been my favorite Goodwill for years, but I won’t be coming back because they got rid of the fitting rooms. I’m not going to buy clothes without trying them on. A very stupid decision by management.

Everyone once in a while you’ll find something at a decent price but in general the prices here are absolutely insane for this to be a goodwill. You’re better off going across the street to Walmart and getting the item brand new.

When I dropped off my donation, I got a lecture on how the items should be separated out, because if they aren’t, the items have to be sorted by the employees. At first, I apologized because I didn’t realize, but now, after thinking about it, I definitely won’t be bringing my items here again. I’ve never been lectured by any other goodwill employee at any other location.

Store absolutely crawling with people so it remains fairly picked over. Both bathrooms were dirty.

rude manager. refused a perfectly good couch because it was “too big” after an employee specifically told me they could accept it. couldn’t even bother vaping their loss and will never bother trying to help them again

Smaller goodwill than what I'm use to. Was alright on selection and everything was easy to find. Preferably, I would keep looking for a larger goodwill for more selections of hidden treasures to find.

My first time to visit a Goodwill. I think it’s a great non-profit store and helps disabled people. However, the items here are overpriced and many of them are of bad condition. Nobody wants to spend money on some items which should be thrown away.
