Please tell me that older rude manager lady is no longer at this location. She has made me never want to go back. I’ve been 2 separate occasions and I can’t believe she still has a job… she’s extremely unprofessional, and she’s causing customers to never go back. I won’t return until I never have to hear her falsely accuse me or someone else of stealing when we obviously aren’t…I was looking thru the shirts in my hand while I was in line at the register waiting bc I was double checking to make sure I didn’t miss a stain or flaw and this very unprofessional older lady working the register stopped what she was doing, and shouted suddenly “sir it’s a crime to remove tags and to steal from goodwill” and I didn’t even think she was talking to me bc I’m not stealing nor am I removing tags so I didn’t look up at her and then she did the unthinkable, she abandoned the customer at the register and started walking over to me repeating what she just said and I almost couldn’t hold my composure but I did and I showed her that my shirts had their tags and then i politely told the lady if I wanted to steal a pre owned donated shirt I would not be standing in line waiting to pay, double checking for any flaws on the items I want to purchase while waiting to check out… and I get accused for stealing.. please do something about her.. PLEASE she’s detrimental to Goodwill, she doesn’t belong in customer service.
If you see this review, I would seriously go to a different location or don’t go at all. That woman is that awful. And goodwill refuses to get rid of her…

They tried to sell a pair of chipped heels with damaged insoles for $29.99. Thought I was doing a favor by offering $10, but the original price remained.
Customer service isn't the best either.

The prices at this location have gotten very bad recently. (Corporate account—don’t bother adding your canned response to every complaint about pricing to this review. I am not interested).
Any shirt from a brand of higher regard than Loft is priced at least $10, regardless of it has stains or tears or is pilled or otherwise damaged. I do not remember items being priced this greedily and unreasonably in the past. When I was there on Friday, I saw a sweater they were trying to sell for $25. These clothes are all used. They are often shrunk, torn, frayed, pilled, or stained. Almost everything $5 or below is from Shein or Walmart or Target and was probably $5 when it was new in store. A this Goodwill, they will want that much or more.
The fact that whoever the current manager is thinks it’s appropriate to charge $10+ dollars for almost any item they received for FREE is ridiculous. Spend less money forcing workers to comb through bins looking for items to overprice and get a new cash register system instead. People wait in long lines despite the best efforts of cashiers because the card readers here barely function.

I am a regular shopper at this location and normally have a great experience. Today was a different story. I was interested in a few golf shirts that I frequently purchase at 4.99-6.99 price range. Today there were about 8 of this style of shirt that I was excited about, until I saw the price tag at 29.99 each. On the rack next to it the same brand was 8.99. I politely approached the associate at the register and said "excuse me , ma'am", to which I got the look of pure disgust that I was even talking to her. I explained that I buy this brand all the time and never have paid more than 8 dollars. I even told her that there were some pries at 8.99. she told me with the nastiest tone that the 29.99 price was correct, it was their price all the time and that the 8.99 were incorrect. She obviously hates her job and is not good with the public.

I have shopped at this goodwill for years, every time I am asked I round up at the checkout. On Tuesday at 1015 AM I was checking out only to be treated like the clerk was doing me a favor by taking my money . The current clerk is nasty and rude, I will not be shopping or donating to Goodwill again.

I’ve been coming here for years, but today is my last day unless they replace the new rude, unprofessional (asst) manager with the Extremely bad attitude. This used to be my favorite location until she started working here. Now I dread going in. She always assumes everyone is stealing or trying to get over. She’s loud and embarrassing. Even the workers under her hate dealing with her. I noticed that a lot of the people she follows around are minorities. I’ve never stolen or switched tags. However today I picked up a candle off the cart, and as I was picking it up I felt something made of paper fall from it. So I looked down and there was a tag. So I assumed it was for the candle and put it on it. She comes out of nowhere and loudly says “You can’t switch tags.” As if I’m trying to steal in a since from the store. If anything I help the store with my frequent donations. Please get rid of this lady. She’s rude at check out as well. Very poor customer service. If you don’t like your job, please find another line of work. And from the other recent reviews, I see I’m not the only one who feels this way.

The assistant manager refused to sell a pair of jeans that was on sale for the week because the paper tag was missing. I then called the district manager, who never returned my called, after calling him a second time he sent a message to text him which he never replied . DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE.

It’s a good place to find clothing. Some home accessories too. Spacious.

In dressing room with several dresses. Tried the first one and it smelled a bit funny-clearly it wasn’t cleaned/laundered prior to putting on the rack. Took Second dress off the hanger and began to put it on, but immediately stopped when I got the putrid smell. The top portion of the dress that goes around the neck was so smelly that I almost vomited!!! (I’m sure the entire dress smelled but I didn’t get that far). It smelled so bad to the point where I just put it down and immediately left the store. I’m normally a repeat customer but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. That was ridiculous and disgusting! Goodwill, I know this corporation makes a ton of money because your overhead is low. You’re getting most or all of your merchandise for free. Please invest in some sort of washing or laundering method before placing the clothes out on the floor, please! Thank you,
Signed-A never again used to be customer.

One fricking cashier?? 13 people in this line for nearly a half hour and all they can muster is ONE cashier?? I see at least 5 rando GW employees walking around with their thumbs up their @ss, no one can apparently get on the other register, but they can say "Welcome to Goodwill." I guess no one can operate a register but they can run their mouths, Huh??

Went to the store today and noticed there was a lot of dirty clothes on the rack. There was dog and cat hair and just dirt on the knees of pants. I mentioned it to one of the managers there and she told me it was from the clothes being dropped on the floor, and my response was “ so y’all have dog and cats here?” She didn’t respond and got an attitude with me. I wasn’t trying to be ugly, I was just telling the truth. But anyway, always check ur clothes if buying from this location
