I have a Bichon and a Maltese. No one has ever done such a great grooming job on my Bichon. My Maltese is a handful but Cookie is the best.

Cookie was recommended to us by a few close friends. We won't go anywhere else. We have two dogs- 12lb and 25lb. She does a great job! The dogs enjoy going here. Unlike some places, I know my dogs are safe when I leave them here. We have been using Groomingdales for a few years now. You will not be disappointed.

Called to try them out with my two under 30# wash and wear dogs for just a bath and nail clipping. I was quoted a price when I called to make the appointment for $25-30 per dog, and was told it would take 2-3 hours. I dropped them off at 8:30 and didn't get a call to pick them up until 3:00pm. Also, it was obvious that they had not taken the dogs out to potty or given them water during the entire day! Also, the $25-30 became $40 and $45. No reason, just that was what it was. My dogs are family members and are well behaved. I won't be back. Shame, they were 5 minutes from my house.
