For $20 bucks the touchless machine is majical. I base my opinion on the multiple applications starting from the rinse to the wax job, which holds for a fairly long time and repels dust and dirt really well. It would be nice if there was also tire shine as part of the process. I also appreciated the prewash station for tires, grill, and other areas of the car, which ensures a thorough wash and shine. There is also a vacuum station, with microfiber towels for a final drying of the vehicle. This is a great option for a good wash and shine, for those who wish to save time and get good wash at the same time.

These dudes did a horrible job on the 7 year ceramic coat. $1800 and I still have swirls all over the truck and worst part about it is they literally ceramic coated over bug guts on the front of my truck. If you want it done right don’t bring it here. Now I have to bring my truck somewhere to get the job done right and pay another $1800. Worst part about it one of the employees did some slick stuff behind the other guys back when he tried to upcharge me $250 for a 2 step paint correction. He stopped me outside and said he would do it for $100 cash but don’t let the other guys see it. You would think he would have done a good job atleast but who am I kidding, should have known better. They said they could get atleast 80% of the scratches out. I don’t think they even got 10% of them. I txted the number that I have been in communication with about making this right somehow with no reply so I’ll just do my part and make sure nobody thinks they are getting a top notch job done if they bring their vehicle here. This place sucks. No real cleaning supplies. Car wash too strong took paint off my car. I could’ve washed my own stuff for all that🫤

I’m a two-time customer at H2O Auto Spa, and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. Each time I went for tint. I first visited when the previous front-of-house manager was still in place and recently returned under the new manager — in both cases, the service and quality of work fully met my expectations and matched what was described.
The back-of-house guru, Peyton, deserves special recognition. He’s friendly, professional, and clearly an expert in his craft. He takes the time to explain the process and ensures customers understand their options before any work begins and during if anything arises, which I really appreciate.
While the prices might be on the higher side, I personally feel the quality and attention to detail make it worth it. I left satisfied each time and will definitely continue to bring my vehicle back to H2O Auto Spa.

So very sad that I wasted a ton of money and time having my small SUV “detailed” by this business. I had an appointment at 10am. Was told it takes 4-6 hours. Called at 4 and was told it would be 5:30 before it was ready. I arrived at 5:30 to find tbat my vehicle was not ready and that it would be 15 more minutes. At 5:55, it was ready. The manager explained tbat they were “down” one worker, an unexoected customer showed up, the day was “chaotic,” and that the rain had delayed things. He had to know that I was not pleased. Yet, he charged the full price. I have been in customer service (healthcare) for many years. Excuses don’t work. My son had recommended this business. He said that they must have changed ownership or something. My vehicle is clean, but not $350 clean. Just mediocre. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
