Poor sales staff. I went to a piano recital of my son and the teacher suggested buying a piano. Ok so I'll buy one. I was looking to get a full sized uptight but no salesperson. I asked the teacher " How can I buy a piano if there's no one to help me?" She showed me the salesperson in a room with his face stuffed into a computer. Pathetic. Terrible sales, worst ever, I'll go somewhere else.

Very pleased with my purchase. Friendly people who were very easy to deal with. Price was much better here than a comparable piano at another dealer. They kept their word on everything they promised, and they kept me informed during the wait on my piano. Thank you for a great experience buying a piano.

This is the second time Hall Piano Company has moved for me. SO professional! They were very patient to answer all questions and ensure that I was happy with the service. Although my piano is not a priceless Steinway, they treated it like it was. Thank-you John and team!

My mother bought a baby grand piano from Hall Piano. When she passed away I called Hall Piano to see if they would like to buy it back. This was very difficult for me but, I had nowhere to store it. I spoke with John and he offered me $800 cash for the piano, I accepted the offer. When they came to pick it up I was handed an envelop and in it there was a check. I called John and asked him if he forgot we had agreed on cash. He became very defensive and rude to me and treated me like he didn't care he had promised me cash. He told me to never call back again. I hate that this horrible experience is associated with the memory of the piano that my mother loved so much. Don't do business with this man.

Beware if you hire them to move a piano from one room of your home to another room in the same house. Manager claimed (during phone call) that a "free tuning" would happen after "piano adjusts to new location," usually a couple of months later. When I called to schedule the tuning, he pretended to have no idea what I was talking about, and wanted to charge me full price for tuning. Would give zero stars if possible. If he makes similar promise to you, better get something in writing. On a positive note, the crew that did the actual move was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. It's a shame their boss is a con man and is not truthful!

My 4 year wanted to go into the piano store. We finally stopped and this young man let my son push a few keys and showed him how to hold his hand correctly. He was friendly and very patient. Also, showed us the piano that plays by itself, it’s magic Thank you

These guys have moved my baby grand piano twice within a year. Each of the movers were so nice and easy to work with and coordinating the times/dates was a breeze. I highly recommend Hall Piano company for moving your piano.

The big attraction of Hall Piano is being a dealer for the famous Steinway Pianos and their less expensive models. Overall the experience resembled a luxury used car dealership where the customer has little leverage by being bedazzled by the product. Salespeople had knowledge of the product as an instrument hut little knowledge of pricing and service options. All detailed questions got shunted to the top. Be aware that you are buying the Rolls Royce of pianos, so discussions of options becomes limited. Hall needs to link service more tightly with sales. Devoicing, delivery, and care are all part if the product, even at the highest end. We were after a musical instrument, not a status symbol. This was one of four piano dealers I've shopp

This is who I call whenever I need my piano moved. The first time I called them, they showed up exactly on schedule, and five minutes later my piano was in their truck. It was an amazing thing to behold, and I've used them without hesitation ever since. Sure, you can find ways to get it done cheaper, and roll the dice with maybe ending up riding across town in the back of a pickup, tenuously holding your piano upright with two guys who had never even touched a piano before that day, let alone moved one (it's not important how I know this)... or you can spend a few dollars more and get the people with the knowledge, experience and equipment to get it done right, fast and worry-free. These guys are those guys.

Last week three employees with Hall Piano Company moved a very old and very heavy piano for me. The piano was moved from one home to another, with lots of care. Everything went perfectly. The movers were prompt, courteous, polite, well prepared, friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all for your help!!!
