Hours: Hammond Aire Plaza is a large strip mall featuring a grocery store, crafts store, shoe store, clothing stores, a car wash, and a couple of eateries. It is nothing upscale, which can be a good thing. The Albertsons is noted, with gratitude for its location next to Tesla chargers and a Starbucks inside for waiting. The Michaels store had great sales on Christmas items like flowers and ornaments. However, parking is a mess with a poor design of the entrances leading to near wrecks; getting in and out is a nightmare with tight turns causing hazards. Service at the store is courteous and quick with a smile, and it is always clean. The produce, meat, and floral departments are outstanding with better selections than other area stores. The store is clean inside, though some cashier's have an ok attitude, selection can be low, and it is not too customer friendly when looking for help.
