“I came here last year (Wednesday, February 7th, 2024) to make a health insurance payment, since I was coming to BR anyway (I'm from Lafayette). The receptionist at the front desk, she was a wonderful conversationalist and great personality (I don't know her name). Ms. Jennifer Smith took my payment. She was professional and made sure my payment went in for that month. Will be back again if I need to pay a bill in town.”
