They always have everything I need when I show up, like every other Home Depot but I always seem to get the worst customer service at this location! First associate I saw had no idea what I was asking about so she sent someone over to help, no one showed, stopped the next associate I saw and he seemed irritated I was asking for help but came over anyways and while he's walking our way his phone starts to ring & I jokingly say "do you need to get that?" And he actually says yes!! 100% not a work call but I'm left stranded again on getting some help finding the correct air filter. 3rd times a charm at the counter, I grabbed everything I needed except for the air filter and was trying to check out, they still had another 30 minutes till closing but you could tell the cashier was already off work mentally, on her phone and when I walk up she says nothing and I ask "how are you doing?"... I receive no response at all!! I get it, probably part time and just trying to survive with these gas prices but don't show up and to cash your check if you don't have any value you're bringing to the table. After all of this Home Depot is still the go to! They're always their with what I need for work, home or whatever random screw or bolt I need. I genuinely feel bad for management. Thanks if you made it this far.

So surprised by how easy this whole fridge replacement process was! I wanted a new counter depth fridge for my kitchen, so I went on Home Depot, bought a fridge on sale, and I picked a delivery date and they delivered just that! They called me when they were on their way, which was right in their delivery window. They showed up with the new fridge, installed it and even put the old fridge outside. Before they left, they made sure everything in the new fridge worked, and even, made sure that the fridge outside worked. Very respectful and the whole thing happened within an hour. Will definitely be ordering from then again.

I'm sure everyone knows that Home Depot sells tools, building supply's, roofing, paint, flooring, carpet, rugs and Appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, deep freezers, washers and dryers and rugs but did you know they are the perfect place to get your Fall and Halloween decorations at they also have fresh pumpkins and potted mums. So what ever your fall and or Halloween needs you can get everything but the costume at Home Depot! Happy Fall

Him at the Pro Desk is the nicest man ever. I called to check on an order that I had placed online and it was unavailable. But he assisted me in coming up with a plan to get my order pulled together. Such a nice man. Home Depot is lucky to have him.

Had to get some stain for a small outdoor job. An employee saw I needed assistance and got the paint guy to help. He knew exactly what I needed, blended it, shook it and I was on my way. Not a long review- just a shout out for good service by a very good Home Depot employee.

Y’all need to re-train your employees or clean the slate and hire better ones, maybe pay a little more an hour and demand more quality work. We just came to get a Christmas tree and asked to have someone cut the trunk. The girl called for someone to cut it, they never showed up (waited 10 minutes). We asked another male employee we saw in the garden section if he could cut it, he said he couldn’t and just walked off. So I cut it myself with the chainsaw that was left plugged in, in the wide open for any child to run up and grab. You guys need to get your stuff together. Customer service and safety are definitely not a top concern at your store and you’ll end up paying a lot of money while losing a lot of money.

Currently have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting to find out if they sell a product I'm looking for. The operator seemed extremely annoyed and I feel like is waiting on me to just hang up, because she doesn't feel like doing her job.

I counted 5 people standing around and no registers open! Self checkout had customers standing in line because the machines were acting up according to one of the HD bystanders! I'm a slow learner I guess! I'm taking my business back to the local hardware stores, they meet me at the door asking if I need help. I may have to pay a little more but at least they will take my money! Rant over.

Sold me a utility trailer with a title that could not clear the notary or DMV. After a month of running in circles of Baton Rouge, I made them refund me for the trailer.

Bought some wood floor from this Home Depot. They came out to my house and measured, telling me I needed 135 boxes of floor. They charged me 89 cents a square foot on all 135 boxes to install. When the job was done we had 12 boxes to many ( remember they measured the floors) so we bring the 12 boxes back and also wanted the 150 dollars labor on the 12 boxes. The labor on all boxes was 2749.12 We wanted the labor back only on the 12 boxes they over measured for. They refused to refund the labor on those boxes. Again they measured the floor. I can understand a couple boxes over but not 12. The manager was very rude as were the employees. Will never shop this Home Depot again. I can spend my money elsewhere.

Great Customer Service!! I want to express how impressed and satisfied I am with the customer service I received this morning around 8:30am. As I walked in the store I had a list of things to get with very little knowledge on where to find my items. A vendor named Dj noticed I looked lost, even though he looked like he was heading to do something else he stopped and asked me if I needed help. He helped me find each thing I needed and then sent Amanda to help me with light bulbs. Then the store manager came to help us find just exactly what I needed. (All in a timely manner. I was finished in about 10 mins) I am very pleased and thankful for the help today. I like to acknowledge a job well done when it's deserved. Good job Home Depot of highland.

I bought a Toro lawn more at this location. It stopped running within an hour and would not restart at all. I returned it three hours after I bought it. Management refused to work with me in anyway whatsoever other than offering a credit. I asked to speak to the manager three times and the manager ignored me. She only related information through the cashier. No apologies whatsoever from the manager, although two kind regular workers were apologetic. As I type this, management is having a conflict with aNother customer about her return. I stopped at this location because of convenience from my work. Never again.
