“The young lady I met at the door was passive aggressive and a bit of a smart Alex. I had a couple thousand dollars to spend and was the only person from the office available to go shop ... I had limited time and am unfamiliar shopping for appliances, plumbing, lighting etc.
My question to her was simple ... is there anyone available who could help me with all the shopping I needed to do. She began to ummm ahhh I don't think so ...it might take several people ... excuse after excuse.. so I frustrated ..said it's OK and walked off ...as I walked off she muttered under her breath ... I walked back and said excuse me .... she said OH I JUST SAID HOW PRETTY YOU WERE.

“Went in to buy a washing machine, which I did then I came home only to find one for half that price online and used of course. So I called Lowe’s Dept appliance section gave them my name and phone number. They were able to look up my order and cancel it just like thatI cannot believe it. No other problems no passwords no having to be swapped around to this person in that person they handled it right there first call unbelievable so touché to Lowe’s that was awesome.”
“Everything was fine in the store except trying to get someone to help there was no one around I kept walking around to find someone and when I did they just pointed in a wrong direction. Still never got my fence cable lmao.”
“Went in, spent over an hour at this location trying to purchase a lawnmower they had in stock. Spent almost $4000. Was told I could call back and easily set up a pick up time.
When I tried to do that, I was told a variety of excuses from it needs to be assembled and no one can do that to needing to refund the initial purchase to pick up my mower.
One manager did say they would have it ready, but the information has been inconsistent.
If my lawn mower is available for pick up tomorrow like I was told it would be, i will gladly change my rating to at least 3 stars, for successfully selling me a mower. As is, I’m planning to complain to corporate tomorrow. 4 thousand dollars is a lot of money to spend and not even get a straight answer.
Edit, picked the lawn mower by the expected time :)”
