Hot Topic is a Go-To whenever I'm at the mall. I was greeted warmly when entering and asked if I could be helped. I was allowed to browse without harassment. Perfect balance with sales staff. So many fun, unique items to look at. Clothing and accessories, body jewelry, and much more. Thanks so much to Jen, long-time Hot Topic employee, for her help. The military/veteran discount is much appreciated!

Such a great experience!! I'd been on the hunt for a T-shirt with Kuromi all alone bc she's my friend's fav, and I wanted to find her one for her birthday. So I called and was helped by Tony, who was so kind and offered to save a shirt for my friend!! They were so awesome and picked the perfect shirt for me. So I went to pick it up the next day and I was helped by Ash, who was equally as kind and welcoming!! Shout out to Tony and Ash, they made my day and I can't wait to shop with them again!!

had a wonderful time looking around and got so much help from Kristian putting together an outfit to match a bag i picked out!! just by reading other reviews i can tell she has outstanding customer service i will definitely have to come back to play more dress up with her haha <3 totally worth the drive out there!

the staff here are always so amazing and polite!! so helpful too!! kristen was so so absolutely lovely and sweet! she helped me and my friends tons, she makes you feel like a bestie even if you just met her!! she deserves so much recognition!
