Last week I had the catalytic converter changed on our Infiniti QX 60 at Infiniti of Baton Rouge. Even though there’s a dealership 20 minutes away from my house, I chose to have the work done nearly two hours away in Baton Rouge because I value good customer service. Tina Lanoux was professional from the very 1st phone call, giving us a fair quote and keeping us updated on the repair process until the time of completion. This isn’t my first time visiting Infiniti of Baton Rouge’s service department and won’t be the last! They always seem to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

I’ve know Joe Speck for a couple of years now. So, when I was in the market to buy, he was the first one I contacted. The process was seamless. From start to finish, it was about 3 hours. I had my 9 year old daughter with me the entire time and he entertained her when she was getting antsy, and provided her with snacks also! I’d highly recommend Joe for all of your car needs!

Ask for Joe when you shop at Infiniti/Acura!!!! Such a down to earth, knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy at all and he helped us find the perfect SUV for us at a great price. And, when Infiniti refused to take care of an issue we had with the car, he paid for it out of his own pocket because he felt that it was the right thing to do. We would give him 10 stars if we could.

My AC was blowing warm on driver side and cool on passenger side so blend door actuator needed replacing. I drove from New Orleans because Metairie location gave me run around about service timing (1-3week delay) so i made a reservation online for this location a week in advance with no issues. The wait total was like 3 hours, but Had a great convo with those waiting in waiting room and great interaction & conversation with service advisor Tina so time passed quickly. Tina was really friendly and knowledgeable about parts and service which was a breath of fresh air. I didn't get every service recommended but she still explained in detail other things i needed to pay attention to about my car. I'm glad i chose this location to get its first time service since I've purchased my car :-)

Purchased a vehicle WITH tinted windows. Took delivery on a Saturday and had to return on Monday for an inspection sticker. Less than 5 mins after dropping the vehicle at the dealership, I received a call from the salesperson asking if WE installed tint, there was a problem because it was not legal!! WHAT? So without advising me, they removed ALL of the tint and now they think it is ok to that I do not get WHAT I PAID FOR! Spoke with the salesperson and manager, they seem to believe that its not their fault because they didn't know it was illegal! Neither did I !!! This is not fair at all. I will be filing a complaint with the LUMVC and small claims suit. It is NOT OK to treat customers this way!!!

Ms Sabrina Pentney gave me the best customer service! She was polite and willing to go the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. Made sure I was informed with everything and always kept a smile on her face and used her Spanish to try and communicate with my husband and father in law while she heard me translate.
