Daughter went to get nails done for prom and came home in tears because it is so bad. Nails are noticeably crooked and bumpy. Lady didn't even do them like she asked or try to correct the issue on the spot. Job is so bad we have to take her somewhere in the morning and pay to have them redone. Went in to get my nails done and was the ONLY customer getting nail service. All other customers were getting pedicures. Another customer walks in that they seem to know very well, skipped over me and catered to this lady as if I wasn't sitting there for almost 30 minutes waiting. Never attempted to prep my nails for removal of the old dip and began working on this lady immediately because she said she didn't have time to wait. Politely got up and walked out.

I walked in for a pedicure. All pedicure chairs were empty. I was seated, two other people who came in were then seated. The woman who came in last received her pedicure first. I’m still waiting to get my pedicure—sitting with my feet in cold water for over an hour and a half so far—the technician is currently working on the 2nd person who was seated. This will be my last visit to Iris Nails.

Went for a pedicure waited three hours. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back with an appointment for 4 o’clock they started my nails and jumped to other customers walking in. Told me 2 min and waited 10 minutes and left

absolutely horrible. i showed them a picture of some really cute nails with light blue tips, and a light pink base. what they gave me literally made me cry. the tips were so thick and this dark blue. and they didnt even finish painting the bottom of my nails. the polish only went half way. and it was literally just a clear polish with glitter… nothing at all what i asked for. and they charged me $40 for it. i do not recommend this place at all.Services: Manicure

This location on highland was not good at all. From the workers and to the people also getting their nails done. And if they tell You a price of something it’s going to end up being more expensive. I called in advance to verify the price of something and when I got My nails done they kept asking for more money. A COMPLETE MONEY RACKET SCAM! Also nails chip easily whether it’s dip, gel/shellac, or regular polish. If thinking about going here. Don’t. Save Your money on something more useful.

Traveling in from Houston and my friend recommended Iris. They were fast and did a phenomenal job. Shaped and did my nails and toes exactly right. We're super nice and friendly. Happy to do something gun I found on Pinterest Would definitely come back if in town. 10/10

They charge you differently from what the price list may say so be carful and ask questions about the services you receive.Poor customer communication and VERY poor service.
