Wow!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. TWICE now I have made an appointment to sit and wait for absolutely no one to be there. What's the point of making an appointment !?? Completely unprofessional and should
Be shut down. Respect others times and honor your commitments!! Not to mention, they tell you to call customer service. What a joke. I got told to call 10 different people none of whom answered my calls.

It was fast service, I think for the price I paid for the service the agent should know more about ways to get me more on my return. I used a firm when I was driving trucks and she know more about the loop holes to get more out of the system. I will look into it more for next year to get more for the price I pay.

I dropped off my w2 and gave the lady my info about 2:30pm. The lady said she would call when she started she did called back about 2 hours later she called and said she had started fine. Called later to say she had finished I told her I was cooking dinner and would come in Sunday to sign she said fine she would call in the morning when she got in fine at 5:30pm I knew y’all were closing soon so went to see if she was ready for me as I walked up she was on a personal call she said she had been so busy BUT my paper work was ready I just need to sign she could and should have called at any time that morning and fit me in !!!

I won't use jackson hewitt again.. last year filed my taxes wrong and this year charged me $500 for a simple filing ( no itemize or anything extra just myself and my son ) .. this was my last time dealing with them

I bumped into June and she talked to me about doing my taxes. Got to go in and the process was easy going. I loved how she was professional with me and if I had questions she answered them. I will be back next year. I do recommend you guys to let June do your taxes!!
