Lesley was the best, she did my taxes and I had the wrong pin so she helped me for over a hr and half to get my id me account set up so I could get my pin off internet. She helped me all the way, telling exactly what I needed to do to set it all up. Great customer service. I will be back next yr and Ms Leslie please be there

Little surprised at the fee for only having four forms. Some delays due to equipment such as printers and the payment mechanism.

Lesley Pourciau was the preparer for my taxes. She also did them last year and I was very happy to see her because she is very knowledgeable. There suggestions given to help to prepare me for the next tax season. I highly recommend her if you want your taxes done right.

Since Regina has left the JH office @ 4623 S. Sherwood Forest in Baton Rouge, the place has gone to hell. I elected to visit the kiosk at a Wal-Mart location. Next year I may go somewhere else entirely.
