Lesley was the best, she did my taxes and I had the wrong pin so she helped me for over a hr and half to get my id me account set up so I could get my pin off internet. She helped me all the way, telling exactly what I needed to do to set it all up. Great customer service. I will be back next yr and Ms Leslie please be there

Little surprised at the fee for only having four forms. Some delays due to equipment such as printers and the payment mechanism.

Lesley Pourciau was the preparer for my taxes. She also did them last year and I was very happy to see her because she is very knowledgeable. There suggestions given to help to prepare me for the next tax season. I highly recommend her if you want your taxes done right.

Since Regina has left the JH office @ 4623 S. Sherwood Forest in Baton Rouge, the place has gone to hell. I elected to visit the kiosk at a Wal-Mart location. Next year I may go somewhere else entirely.

Lesley at oneal walmart is the best and will make sure you get all the credits you are supposed to get. She goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend her, its worth the fees.

I scheduled my appointment for Monday the 24th for 11:30. I walked in for my appointment and Lesley Pourciau introduced herself and immediately began working on my taxes. She did an incredible job at getting me the most amount back by explaining what deductions I could use. I was done and taxes were filed within about an hour. She was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable. I will be returning for many years to come so that I can continue getting the best customer service and the max amount of refund because of Leslie's knowledge. Thank you so much and I look forward to having you as my tax preparer for many years to come. I will also be recommending Leslie and Jackson Hewitt O'Neal Lane location to all of my friends, family and anyone else looking to get the most amount back every year with your taxes. You honestly can NOT go wrong with this location.

I did my refund to today and it was such an easy process my tax preparer Ms. Lesley she was a great help she took her time and she was very patient and she answered every question I had she explained the process to me so I can understand what I was doing she was a great help!!!!!

Ms Leslie is one of the best preparers I've met since being with Jackson Hewitt (22yrs). She is very professional, courteous, and thorough with her work. She explained the difference in credits and available credits so that I understood exactly what I was looking at. I’ve been coming to Jackson Hewitt for a couple yrs now. I started in walker and when ms Lesley pourciau switched to Oneal I transferred over to that location. She is very knowledgeable and gets me the biggest refund with the most tax credits. I would go any where’s else.
