The young lady who was my tax preparer (Ms. Riarrashika Morgan) was very pleasant and courteous. She explained everything in a way that was understandable. Very good personality.

...Talk about taxes made easy!! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about getting my taxes done at the local Walmart, but boy am I glad I did! Ms.Teena M. was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about taxes and tax law. Anyone with complex tax issues, should really go to a professional at Jackson Hewitt, and hopefully you are lucky enough to get my tax preparer, Ms. Mitchell. She broke the information down for me and I have to say she made me feel comfortable even though my situation was a bit "uncomfortable" at times. So again I say, "Thank you so much Ms.Teena," I will definitely be back to see you next year!
