My Experience was good starting off but my agent was non responsive, she didnt take the time to go over all of my stuff every time we spoke it was less than 1 minute and she would always say she would give me a call and didnt im so happy they let me transfer because if not i would have cancel Statefarm but i can say STATEFARM IS A GREAT COMPANY JUST NOT THE AGENT AT THIS LOCATION .

The women who work here are so nice. I moved here from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma not quite a month ago and it was time to trashed my insurance down here. So, because I moved my State Farm peeps in OKC, I wanted to love my Baton Rouge State Farm peeps too. And I do. I like them so much that I was going to get quotes on business insurance but they were in the ballpark I had seen on Google and I was like, let's just do it. I am totally devoted to State Farm. Over the years they've given me competitive prices, taken care of me when I've needed them, and truly been there. And yesterday I found out they are member owned. I love them even more.

Terrible customer service. Raised my rates twice with no forewarning or explanation, don't respond to emails timely, never call back when they say they will. I've been extremely frustrated with the terrible attention I've gotten here.
