So this was observed today about an hour ago. My Boo walked into Zales in the Mall of Louisiana and 2 black ladies associates was standing there and did not greet my Boo or asked him if they could help him. After being in the store about 5 min (still with no interaction) a White man walked in and both ladies greeted him and ask him how can the help and be of assistance to him. Still my Boo was there and never received any customer service. So he politely walked out and went to Kay's Jewelry where he was greeted when walking in and got immediate assistance. So guess what Kays got the BIG PURCHASE from my Boo. He said he will never return to Zales and will tell anyone about his experience there. This is not good work ethic at all.Thank you KAY'S FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANKS JANAY! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

I had been searching for the wedding ring of my my dream for months with only a picture and no luck of finding it. So I decided to just get something close to what I really wanted long story short I walked in Kay’s and looked at a couple of rings and still didn’t get that feeling that I knew I would when I saw the ring for me . Baby Ms. Nell said hold up I got something for you, she show me a couple of rings and I was like no that’s not it saving the best for last when she showed me the last ring I was like OMG let me show you something I pulled out my phone and showed her the picture and they were almost identical and I know that was it before I put it on. Not only did I get That warm tingling feeling it fit perfectly. Ms.Nell was amazing and completed the final piece to my puzzle. I wish I could give Ms.Nell and Ms.Breada a 1000 stars because they have made me one happy bride to be ?
