Took my car in for new tires and an alignment. From my initial phone conversation to the follow up call I received when he was checking to see how the car was driving (and also casually mention that he went ahead and knocked out the two small dents in my bumper), This was one of the most positive experiences I have every had with a mechanic and I am thrilled I have found someone I feel I can really trust. He even noticed my inspection sticker was expired and took care of it. In a world where we can feel customer service is dead, Keith restored my faith that there are still people out there that care.

I have been having problems my air-conditioning for over a month now and fire stone was overcharging me and was not given me a clear answer of what was wrong. I brought it to Mr. Keith he fixed it within one day and gave me a clear understanding of what he was doing. The entire experience was very quick and to the point, but also informative and seem like he cared about fixing my car. Best automotive place in Baton Rouge hands-down.

I have used these guy in the past and they have made repairs for much cheaper than other places quote. I just had to have them clean up after the place that changed my oil and didn't properly reinstall the skid plate under the oil pan. I have had terrible luck with other mechanics recently and feel like I can trust these guys to fix what others screw up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If i can put a 10 x negative for the star rating of this car shop, and if i can be able to scream to entire state how suck this car shop is, i will do it repeatedly. I thought we've finally found a car shop that only tells what exactly the truth, a car shop that will not take advantage if their customers especially women. This is the car shop that you should not take your car no matter how simple the problem your car needs to be fixed. I could say they can be able to fix, but aside of the small becomes bigger, you will be shock after leaving their shop. Because you might also get surprise like what happened to me and my wife. And after doing some researched about KEITH'S AUTOMOTIVE SHOP located at 8618 florida boulivard, in Baton Rouge, i found out some customers that had suffered a lot more from this shop. May God bless them for what they're doings. Take note:You can often hear from this old man KEITH that they will be happy to fix the other issue if your car and will so happy to call the extended warranty of yours. Happy to call your extented warranty company. Happy to call your extended warranty company again and again and again while tou are talking with him ( KEITH ).
