The lines were long and floor associates were almost non existent. The alteration dept helped made my experience worth while. Not to be negative but the entire store staff could use more training dealing with their customer base. More organization needed.

I went in this place Friday evening august 8,2023. I was only looking for a shirt, typically when you go here, someone’s walking around helping. I don’t buy clothes often, and needed help. I asked this lady who was putting clothes back up if she can help with a shirt, and what she thought about it. Her response was a dry “I don’t know sir, whatever you decide” .. I walked away and seen this young man who was also working. That dude stopped and dropped everything he was doing to help me out without a problem.. he’s the only reason I have any stars. If only I encountered him, I would’ve given 5 stars easily. The cashier was really nice as well..

Went to go find a suit for me and my brother soon as we entered the store a young male sales associate asked if we needed help made us feel welcome then a older male just by looking at us was able to get our measurements in was spot on I never seen a person that good before but I will be back for my next suit thank yall.

I had a really good experience at K&G today. Had never been to a K&G before and couldn't believe how large their selection of suits and suit separates is. The staff are very friendly, and the prices are great. K&G was my third stop for a suit jacket today, but it will be my first stop next time.

Last week my 19 year old son let me help him shop for a suit for the prom. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, we were treated like we were the only ones in the store. The service was excellent! I really didn't have to do anything, because they did everything. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and kind to us the entire time. I would highly recommend K&G in Baton Rouge, LA to anyone.

I was Meyerland store location on 3/3/23around 6:00 in the evening a customer walked in while I was waiting in line and she went straight to the clerk requesting her layaway pickup and clerk never acknowledged me waiting in line the other clerk was waiting on someone ,he saw it and apologized to me ,I didn't want to make a scene ,however I wish the clerk would have performed better customer service skills .

I am in need of a suit for my sons wedding. I shopped at this location for a sports coat when I got married and was treated like they have known me for years. that was in 2016. Today I went in the same store today and those people DO NOT know the meaning of customer service! the only lady on the floor was too busy hiding in a corner playing on her phone. When I asked for assistance to help find my mother in law find a dress, she acted like it was an inconvenience. Then I asked if I could get measurements for a jacket, I was told that they don't do that. frustrated, I told my wife to let's go, they don't do s**t! The lady turned around and said that's right, we don't do s**t! I will NEVER shop at this store again! Even the manager couldn't be bothered with assisting her customers!

Awful customer service, I was advised that no one could help on the floor.Only one person checking out, others are in the back playing around, the store looks a mess and honestly its hard to shop because its so trashy and unorganized.

Great place to find dress shirts and suits. If you're a young man trying to not break the bank, go here. I have 1,000 suits but shop here for my dress shirts and slacks. It's a good store.
