Today is Friday February 2nd I called 3 separate times and it shows that the call is forwarded..ring with no voicemail..just rings?Went online made an appointment for Saturday morning But after reading the reviews from the last 6 months doesn't make me feel too confident wanting to drop my specimen off here Hope this reaches the right people obviously some internal issues from the reviews

Made an appointment over the phone, lady said 11 am for my drug test. Of course I get lost and show up at 11:07 am only for the extremely rude "lady" at the front desk to look at me with condescension and go, "it's 11:07, we stop testing at 11. Sorry" Forget manners, if y'all are THAT stringent about timing, call and confirm each appointment and stress timeliness, at least fifteen minutes ahead. Especially since my appointment was made at the literal cut-off time. And while you're at it, change your receptionist. Pick one familiar with respect and sympathy. I'm in town for a break and needed a drug test done in time to start my clinical rotations when I get back to school. Y'all's reviews equal 3.7 for a reason. Get it together and act like professionals. I've been in healthcare for almost a decade. This ain't the norm so quit acting like it is.

I always love arriving to a business where the workers have decided to lock the doors 10 minutes early and refuse to answer phones or even the door when you knock on it. Then you call customer service and the rep on the phone hangs up in your face. There are other options in baton rouge and this location will not be one of them.

I made an appointment with a rep for a Saturday morning. I checked in remotely and waited in my car for about 30 minutes. No one contacted me so I decided to go in. There was a sign saying they were closed. No one bothered to call me to let me know. I contacted the call center to make a new appointment and asked her to make sure they were actually open that day. She said that they weren’t even notified of the Saturday closing and that they definitely should have called to cancel appointments. Terrible experience. I don’t know if the workers were just lazy or if management dropped the ball, but I am livid.

Sent a patient to lab corp for a stat blood draw, they didn't do the most important test ordered. When I called they said patient would have to come back because blood wasn't frozen. Patient went back for stat order again! They LOST her blood and again test wasn't done again!!

Horrible service! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Why am I still waiting 17 minutes after? Then the lady at the front desk too lazy to get up and check the fax for paperwork she asked for. Never again!

I've been using LabCorp for about 6 years, the first 2 or 3 times I used the Summa location. That location was awful. They were too slow, and they had trouble finding my order and would require me to call my doctor to fax my order. The staff at Summa was very unprofessional, and always left me feeling uncared for.I began using the Industriplex Blvd location after the first few experiences at Summa. Industriplex is MUCH better. They always have my orders, and they are efficient and courteous. I recently needed to get labwork done, and I needed to walk. Because Summa was SO BAD, I chose to walk the EIGHT MILES to Industriplex, rather than the 3.5 or 4 miles to Summa.I would advise anyone who wanted to use LabCorp, to go to Industriplex.

I've been going to the same Labcorp for a year. I drive an hour to get there. Went for my routine lab work and they could not find my standing orders. Worker at front desk was very cold and rude. I am stuck going back to Labcorp due to insurance. Will try another one with hopefully better results.

I had the best experience! The staff was amazing, very friendly and made me feel comfortable while doing blood work (we all know that isn't the most fun time). I was in and out within 15 minutes maybe. Highly recommend.
