“Had an issue where where I loaded the money on to a different location instead of the one I was at. The app could be structure where it pulls up the location where your located so you don’t load the wrong location. The district manager white heavy set woman was very unhelpful and assisted the policy state they can’t start a wash even in this situation if that’s the case that policy is terrible to have now I got to drive half across town just start my wash at a different place will not be back 08/03 2026 10:52 a.m Update owner call me personally to talk about the situation which I really appreciate it. He said they won’t following that policy and there was some confusion in the communication between the manager. Even though my experience was still my experience the fact he went out his way to call me to talk about it was awesome and I was not expecting that. The owner is really solid guy.”

“I’ve been a customer for more than 20 years and can honestly say I’ve never had a problem, except once a button was missing from a dress shirt of my husband’s, which they promptly replaced!☺️Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned about each individual customer… and they have “rescued” several garments that I thought I’d ruined. After the flood in 2016, they were a marvelous help to my daughter and her family.”

“Jags Washateria was the perfect place to take care of our laundry during our travels. Located conveniently for those passing through, it offered a clean, well-maintained environment that felt safe and welcoming—exactly what you want when tackling laundry on the road. The pricing was reasonable and in line with most other laundromats we’ve visited, making it a budget-friendly stop. The standout feature, however, was the attendant, who went above and beyond to keep the facility spotless both inside and out. They were attentive to the needs of the customers and exuded a pleasant and friendly demeanor, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. If you find yourself in the area and in need of a laundromat, Jags Washateria is highly recommended. It’s a simple yet reliable spot that gets the job done with a touch of hospitality. #straycompasslife #straycompasstravels #bluebelleandthebadger #jagswashateria #laundromatreviews #roadadventures #fulltimervliving #rvnomadlife #straycompassjournal”

“Oh!!! My, I use to go to this cleaner in the ninety’s. Every week I’d go take my clothes to the cleaners and pick them up.I’d walk from Jessamine St. to Choctaw. I have some many great memories! The workers then we’re so nice and always had my clothes clean and ironed.”

“This place is always clean and I've never had any problems with the equipment being out of order. I've never used their dry cleaners or washing service but I have heard good things. Would love to give 5 stars but just can't do it... Don't misunderstand, the staff are not rude and I understand wanting to leave exactly when you close but stop poking me. As many times as you have seen me and I always come at the end of the day but never keep you over closing time , you should know by now... Mentioning what time you close once as in one time, when I arrive is sufficient”

“I came at 7am on a Saturday to wash laundry . Place was clean, nice people and download of app to pay and track laundry easy to set up and use. $7.50 for large washer fair price BUT, when charge went through to my bank it was $8.90 so if you pay by app they apparently charged $1.15 fee. I did not see any noticeable disclosure of this fee in print on laundry mat signs nor when I installed & paid through app so thats something to be aware of. They do have a change machine but the washer I chose wouldn't accept all of the coins hence downloading/using the app. Safe environment, many cameras. Washers appear to be well maintained. I would return here if needed and would recommend to others.”

“The staff is super friendly and helpful when you need them or even when you don’t ask, they ask to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. The laundromat stays clean because the staff are cleaning non stop to ensure a safe and clean environment. Ever since I have started washing and drying my laundry here years ago, I’ve yet to have any problems nor have I been to any other facility to do my laundry. 10/10 will most definitely recommend.”

“We rarely wear dress clothes but my husband needed a clean suit for an upcoming meeting. I went to Dutch Cleaners and dropped the suit off at 3pm and told them I needed it by tomorrow. The lady behind the counter said it would be ready after 4pm the next day. I was crossing my fingers. I went to pick up the suit at 4:05pm and it was ready! The lady even remembered my name. Great customer service! I'll be back for sure.”

“I love that this place is 24 hrs. Sometimes I can only come late at night. I've never had an issue with anything. I have always felt safe here, security comes through and checks on things and makes sure nothing shady going on. I'm grateful that this place exists bc I would be walking around in dirty clothes half the time if it didn't.”
