I paid over $1,000 for this venue to host my baby shower, and I am beyond disappointed. Everything about this experience was misleading and unprofessional.
First, the “remodeled kitchen” they advertised does not exist. What they call a kitchen is literally a storage room with a tiny table to hold food — no fridge, no cabinets, and no sink. I was told for two months that the kitchen was being remodeled, and that’s why I couldn’t see it ahead of time. That was a lie. When I finally saw it on the day of my event, I was told to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, which is completely unsanitary and unacceptable for any event space.
There were also major mic and sound issues throughout my baby shower. We didn’t get a working mic until around 3 p.m., and it only worked for about five minutes before cutting out again. It made it impossible to properly host games, make announcements, or communicate with guests.
To make matters worse, I later realized that most of the photos they post online are AI-generated or heavily edited. The decorations and setup they advertise are nothing like what you actually get in person. My event looked nothing like the images they promote.
For over $1,000, this experience was a complete scam. I was lied to, misled, and left to deal with problems that should never happen at a professional venue. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache, money, and disappointment — this venue is not what it claims to be.

Ill keep it short. Find somewhere else for your money that’s better put together and an owner with a better attitude. Don’t bother calling they will only text you back and respond with prewritten prompts to sound professional . We also had to take our trash with us because its no dumpster to put it in.

The chairs and tables was damaged paint chipped off them , the refuse to give my refund back after I clean the building and only throw up was in sink with they said it can have a little mess and i would still get my refund I do not recommend

Pictures does no justice, I planned my daughter’s sweet 16 here and everything turned out amazing. I was able to view the venue promptly, Chantelle was very responsive and made sure the venue was clean and sanitary for our use! We will be booking here again. Thank you

This is the best, chill spot for a party! The owner made it really easy to plan and organize my birthday party and she was so nice and helpful. A lot of lot of great memories were made and I recommend LEQs to everyone!

The a/c does not work. I had my wedding/reception here and the heat was unbearable in July. 85-90 degrees.

I booked this place for a wedding reception and all I can say is WoW! The building is nicely renovated for any occasion. The response to my call and questions where very prompt I will definitely do business again!
